We disappointed our users by releasing "Annerose Vajra", an external character of the Taimanin series, as a "paid-exclusive character" through maintenance on Oct. 4th, 2022.

We have read every single comment we have received on this matter. We sincerely appreciate the important feedback, and we have certainly acknowledged the areas in which we have fallen short..

We are planning to make sure that future playable characters released in the game can be purchased with gems.

To compensate for our mistake, we will give the following items to all users.
- 3 Platinum Gacha Tickets
- 1 Voucher: Limited Costume
- 500 Gems

We are aware that the reward list of an item [Voucher: Beast Weapon IV] is not displayed correctly. after the maintenance on October 4th.

The anomaly will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on Oct. 18th, 2022, and you may not be able to use the item until the anomaly is fixed.
Users who already used the item before Oct. 5th, 2022, 08:20 (UTC) will have their data reverted to when the item wasn't used.


The fix will be applied during the scheduled maintenance on October 18th, 2022.
