Revelation Melody - Update v1.0.46

[p]Hello there,[/p][p][/p][p]As promised, I've been working on a new mechanics to help you find these last missing items/animals/flowers. Some of them can be pretty hard to find (yes, I'm looking at you Prison levels), so here it is! From now on (v1.0.46):[/p]
  • [p]There's a new very expensive melody sheet you can buy at Aqualums Painting shop[/p]
  • [p]Each time you play this "Revelation Melody", light rays will appear around animals, flowers, chests, paintings and a few key items too. This will only work 30 seconds in the local/current level.[/p]
[p]Here's how it looks like:[/p][p][/p][p]Guess what? It also works on sea creatures:[/p][p][/p][p]I hope this will help you! So why a buyable melody?[/p][p]1 - So that you can choose to use it or not (it's not a passive skill), and it relies on an already existing mechanics. Plus, I initially planned to add a 4th melody that I removed because I couldn't find a nice fit. Now we're talking! And I'm pretty sure some of you would still like to go hardcore with no hints. It's up to you 😊[/p][p]2 - Now the big money you have in the end game will be of some use. Of course, given it's pretty expensive, you won't be able to afford it before approaching the 100%, but that's when it's gonna be the most useful.[/p][p][/p][p]Anyways, if you've already reached the 100%, your completion rate will go down to 99% in your save slot (because of the missing new melody sheet). But you'll keep your 100% Steam achievement.[/p][p][/p][p]By the way, I improved the computation of the completion rate because flowers were getting all the attention (given there are more than 600...). Now it's more balanced, giving equal importance to quests, inventory, status or animals.[/p][p][/p][p]Hope you'll like it![/p][p]Have a great day, take care, peace![/p][p][/p][p]Mathias, the dev[/p]

Update 1.0.45

Hello there,

The latest update brings the following improvements:
  • the vsync option is now correctly initialized at start, reading your previous settings.
  • bigger hit collider for the lava boss (so it's a bit easier to shoot him with fruits. Lots of people tought that it wasn't the way to go because it didn't react due to a too small collider)
  • in the desert pagoda, the room blocked by sand is not visible on the map anymore to avoid sending mixed signals: you just CANT go there.
  • At the Governor's Garden, the ill dog is now quacking occasionnally to help you find it more easily. Plus it's absolutely logical given the ill ducks are barking.
  • On Eolia & Aqualums, there are now wooden panels with text/symbols above the doors you can enter.
  • In the Cells, I fixed positions, sizes and visibility of a few flowers that were quite hard to notice/find. I'm still working on a nice way to help you reach the 100% and find the last missing items. This shall come in the next releases
  • The main lift in the Robot Factory now reinits at lower position each time you reload the level. This enables to go back up anytime you want. Some of you told me it was frustrating because the pirate chase forces you to leave the island before completing it. And if you come back, you can't get up again because the lift stayed in upper position. Of course, you could still get back later with the grapple, but it was a friction point indeed. So NOW you can come back anytime you want, still get up there and complete the island sooner, before getting the grapple.

As always, thanks a lot for your feedback, it is awesome! I keep working to improve the game.
Have a great day, take care, peace!
