If you still have the DLCs selected then it may cause an issue. You can right click in your steam library on Pumpkin farmer and go down to DLCs and uncheck the DLC's boxes and it should work. If not then please send a bug report and we can work on the issues together.

Hi Everyone

Hope everyone is doing well. I want to announce that Pumpkin Farmers story has finished being written. I will be working on the ending and touching up on some of the story and events throughout the rest of the year and hopefully it will be done before Halloween.

You will notice that the DLCs for pumpkin farmer 2 and 3 are no longer available. This is because they will no longer be separate of the game. The DLCs will now only be for non linear story shorts which I'll still be working on.

It has been wild with PF starting out as a cute little game to make people smile to a full blown life story of Pampoen. For those of you who have not played the game yet then I hope that you enjoy the stories and motivations behind each part. For those of you whom have already played it then I hope they connected to you in some way.

The latest update will be uploaded tomorrow.

The game has changed and hopefully it has changed for the better.

The original game was cute and made everyone smile and I hope that it still does it job however now it is in a state where I will be able to cater for those who want a nice simple game to grind hours away and hopefully not get bored.

The main game will not be changed anymore however the DLCs will add extra game play just by adding them. The save function will be available so when the DLCs get released then you will not have to restart the game you can continue straight into them.

Please note that the current DLCs are outdated. I will attempt to remove them however you may have to manually uncheck them in your settings. I will also be changing the visuals for the main store page.


Changes to some textures. The pumpkins look more pumpkiny.
Added the DLCs to the main game for more of a story arch and better flow.
Added new music and changed some dialog.

I first off want to apologize for not being very active in making announcements and making content. I have gotten sick recently and the meds I have been taking have put me in a sort of disconnect so all my attempts to continue the series and keep the emotional aspect took a turn for the worst however now I am starting to get better and soon I will be producing more content and making more announcements.


Pumpkin farmer 3 is in development however this will be the last of the really short stories and the following games will have a more playable aspect to them.

To all of you that have bought the game I want to thank you for helping to keep me motivated. While not many sales have been made, you all expressed that you enjoyed it and it made you feel something so that is what is keeping me going.

First off I want to thank everyone who bought the game and gave feedback for it.

The feedback was positive and most of you guys and girls wanted to play further so I have decided to continue Pampoen's story and create segments as DLC content. All updates will be FREE as it will have a varying range of emotions attached to each one.

I decided to do this as the game was meant to inspire some joy in someone and if I force the rest of the game into it then it won't really get that feeling across. So I hope you all enjoy the rest of the segments of which I will hopefully be added every month until I can't make any more DLCs.
