This is the Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 Steam Operation Team.
　
We sincerely apologize that
we were unable to conduct the network test on the scheduled date in April
due to the high server load caused by the heavy access,
which made it difficult to connect to the game and prevented the game from being saved properly.
　
Since then, we have investigated the cause of the problem and taken corrective measures,
and now that we are on schedule to resume the network test, we are preparing to conduct the network test again in early 2023.
We apologize again for the long wait,
and we will continue to improve the quality of the service based on the feedback
we have received from users during this test.
We will release more details on the network test schedule and content as they become available.

In addition, the official service start date for the Steam version of "Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2" will be changed as follows

We will talk about management team attitude to harassment behaviors in this time.
It may be a little bit long article and we will be happy if you could pay attention to this developer message.

■Management team attitude
All harassment behaviors are NOT allowed in battle.
・Friendly fire in battle
・Non-cooperate action(AFK and keep chating, etc) rather than battle.
・Disconnecting from battle.
・Defamating via chat or mail.
・Continue fake report.

To maintain game environment and providing the good game-experience, the penalty will be proceed:
①Warning mail to the users who are keep the harassment behaviors.
②If the target who keep on even getting warning mail as ①, we will ban the account forever as a penalty.


▼Behavior will be punished
You will gain the "Disconnecting status" when disconnecting drom battle and it will become worse when keep do so.
・Friendly fire in battle(Force disconnecting when detected.)
・Non-cooperate action(AFK and keep chating, etc) rather than battle.
・Disconnecting from battle(Not including the network issues).
・Disconnecting from battle after team confirmed.

For the "Disconnecting status", It will be "GOOD ＜ CAUTION ＜ PENALTY Lv1 ＜ PENALTY Lv2" 4 steps,
It will keep step up when you keep disconnecting and the penalty will be getting heaviler.
It will recover by playing rating match or other game mode normally.

▼Penalty detail
・Less reward（PENALTY Lv1：Half or no container、PENALTY Lv2：No reward）
・Unable to build room
・Rank point will stay at 0 even victory(It will keep dropping when lose the battle.)
・Battle limitation（PENALTY Lv1：30 Hours、PENALTY Lv2：120 Hours）
If it is continously happened even in　"PENALTY Lv2", you will unable to join battle on EVERY time.
・Less rating level on next battle
　S-、A+：Rating level -7
　A、A-：Rating level -6
　B+、B、B-：Rating level -5
　C+、C、C-：Rating level-4
　D+、D、D-：Rating level-3


▼Report function
You can report the harassment behaviors thought the "Report" in the battle result window.
We hope all is good but feel free to report anything if necessary.


When there is a disconnecting because of the network issues,
It is non-sense to punish a user who disconnect game because of network issues
but please understand that it is hard to identify all situation and the need to set the heavy penalty.

We have a strict policy at the moment.
As a cushion for those troubles happened in game,
there is a chance if only disconnected from game only once.
It is a system for those who are unlucky disconnected from the game without any wishes,
and this is the cushion and also a chance for those bad manner users.

If the rating level getting less because there is someone leave the battle,
the pilot who fight to the end will have a adjustment rating as the same of the minus level,
you will not lost any rating level due to this reason.
※But there will no adjustment if there is the same pilots on both side.


GBO2 is a "Multiple player" game but not "Single" game, you are playing with "Other players" at the same time.
Game-experience is not only you, it's for all players.
