Post-Launch Update: A Rough First Week
Dear Queens and Kings of Davern,
Last week, we launched a game you’d been looking forward to for a long time and it didn’t deliver. The game contained multiple blockers, froze frequently, and wasn’t in a playable state for many.

We messed up. We’re sorry, and we take full responsibility.
What happened?
We were too ambitious and stretched our team too thin. We tried to create interwoven quests with branching paths and dynamic outcomes for both agents and the family, but it was more than our small team of four could handle.

Did you not test your own game?
We did - extensively. We had multiple QA testers, ran several public demos, a Steam beta, and even showcased the game at Gamescom. But the reality is: no amount of internal or closed testing can match the creativity and unpredictability of thousands of real players. That doesn’t make it okay. We should have found a way to fix the bugs or made a smaller game, with less branching, better suited to our team size.
Where are we now and what’s next?
As of today, we’ve fixed around 99% of all game-breaking bugs. The game is now stable for the vast majority of players. Could something obscure - something that hasn’t happened to thousands of players - still slip through? Yes. But if it does, we’ll be here to fix it. We’re not going anywhere.

We’ll continue fixing what’s left and improving the game over time. We have a list of small improvements we want to add, so we’re likely to keep updating the game in the months to come.

We listen to your feedback and do our best to make it a reality. If you have any thoughts, wishes, or requests, you can join our active Discord server or leave a thread on the Steam Discussions.

On a positive note:
Since the major fixes, the game has been receiving a lot of very positive reviews. In the past two days, our average score has been 87%, confirming that (once the issues are fixed) players are really enjoying what *Yes, Your Grace 2: Snowfall* has to offer.
Thank you We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who’s been supportive over the past week. Your words of encouragement, trust, and love for the game are the reason we keep doing this.

If you’ve enjoyed the game despite the rocky start, we’d be deeply grateful if you’d consider leaving us a review on Steam.

If you’re still experiencing issues, please make sure you’ve downloaded the latest build and read our patch notes. Some bugs were unfortunately “saved” in your most recent save and may require replaying from a previous week. In any case, you can always reach us on Discord and we can help there.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and sticking with us.
Brave Team.
