◆ 2021 October Update Preview

☞ The First Update in October



▶ Corrupted Record: Iris Yuma & Jin Seipatsu

[Corrupted Record: Synopsis]
Iris Yuma, a woman who left people behind.
Jin Seipatsu, a man who stays to protect people.
A tale of betrayal and malice has been silently continued in ruined camp.
How powerful the energy of Desire is, leading people to such hell, and everything got messed up by what?
The whole truth will be revealed from the last record of Grasscover Camp.

[3rd Corrupted Record: Iris and Jin’s Story]
The Vacuum-based background stories of Iris Yuma and Jin Seipatsu will be newly released.
Records titled as Corrupted Bravery, Rage, Unity, and Passion can be purchased from NPC [Corrupted Bookshelf], and new episodes will be available when using it.
New quests regarding Corrupted Records will be accessible for characters above Lv. 68, and warp items will still be purchasable after completion of all quests mentioned above.

▶ Fusion Process for Brooches (Possession)
- An adjustment regarding the fuse of unsellable Possession-stated brooches will be applied.
- When fusing, five Possession-stated brooches are required and the consequence will be stated the same.
- Fusion Process for Possession-stated brooches will require ‘Brooch Fusion’ as same as a standard one.

▶ Possibility Increase on higher-grade Consequence of fusing brooches
- The possibility for getting higher-graded brooches will be increased when fusing standard brooches and that of possessed in comparison to the present.

▶ Update on Twilight Equipment Series Upgrade Process
- When upgrading, no longer destruction will be applied, and the success rate will be increased.
- When refining, Twilight Resource will be required instead of Energy Converter.
- When crafting, costs and Twilight Resource requirements will be adjusted.

▶ Update on Leveling PKG
- Level 68 PKG including ‘Supportive Primacy Gear’ will be newly updated.
- Disorders’ Gears from Level 65 PKG will be updated as ‘Supportive Disorders Gear’ that is distributed with random-fixed options.
- Devourers’ Gear from Level 60 PKG will be removed.
- Further includes will be partially modified.

☞ The Second Update in October



▶ New Maze ‘Scary Daydream’
- A new daydream-themed maze ‘Scary Daydream’, which is much difficult than Second Daydream, will be newly added,
- In comparison to the previous background of Daydream-themed mazes, you will face such scary monsters that Setsuka dreamed of at night.

▶ Removal of The Primal Maze and update on Lunar Fall Reward
- The Primal will no longer be serviced, and its access portal will be removed.
- Quests and requirements regarding The Primal will be modified.
- Achievements and Progression Rate regarding The Primal will still be continued in The Primal (Hero); previous values will be maintained.
- Main rewards from The Primal will be planned to be obtainable from Lunar Fall.

We are fully acknowledged that our users continuously expect the World Boss in Tenebris (EN) server that has been opened since May 13th.
The World Boss, as a time-limited content, is required much participation to defeat a huge scale of Boss, providing incomparable experience and following high quality of rewards.
With all due respect, there are many difficulties of providing the contents in our current servers in regard to its specialty as the multiplayer-fighting content, and simultaneous accessibility from each far area/country.
Even though we have done our best to provide the World Boss to users in Tenebris (EN) server, we concluded that it will not be able to service the contents mentioned above in a smooth environment.

As a consequence, system change will be applied to the World Boss-based rewards, enabling them to be obtainable in a different way.
SoulWorker Team sincerely apologizes for such inconvenience.
Details are as follows:

1) Stay Connected Reward:
- Rewards for being played for 90 minutes will be replaced with the new boosting item.
The boosting will be the same benefit as 50 times defeat of The Doom and removed after 48 hours after receiving the item. Also, it can be duplicated with another boosting.
- Benefit:
[Item Drops +25%] + [Monster Defeat EXP +15%] + [Zenny Drops +10%]
+ [Maze Clear EXP +10%] (Duration: 60 minutes)
- Regarding this change, the previous rewards for both 30 and 60 minutes will be partially modified and the total of Stay Connected rewards will also be better supplied compared to the past.

2) Daily Mission
- Previous World Boss-based drops can be received from the completion of Daily Mission that will be newly applied.
Reward: [District Brooch Transducer x5] + [Gear Extension x5] + [Weapon Extension x5] + [Ultimate Etherite x2] + [BP/Familiar Random Box x1]
- The requirement for the daily mission will be the completion of ‘Violent Sun 3 times’ and it will be continuously changed to the hardest following raid.
- With the system change mentioned above, weekly crafting restriction for Brooch from NPC [Eo] will be newly added.

All information in detail will be applied to both Rosca (TC) and Tenebris (EN) servers and planned to be conducted in the middle of October.
When being applied, the playable World Boss in Rosca (TC) will be coming to an end.
Throughout this modification applied to our system from limited contents to general gameplay, any characters bearing with Violent Sun will also get all rewards from World Boss.
Regarding this change, our goal is to provide a more comfortable and faster-reacted environment to our users. Further details will be announced on our official upcoming update note.

Current server connection failure issue is confirmed due to an Overall Error of the Steam Server.
Please note that in the case of the Steam Server, the game is not available until the Steam side normalizes it.
We will provide additional notice when the Steam server is back to normal.
