Fixed a bug where it was impossible to complete most levels.

This update mostly revolves around fish and fishing, but there's some minor fixes and features not related to that.

• Added fishing. The rod can be found in an early level, should be relatively obvious which one.
  
• 68 different fish to discover. That's more than another popular game with fishing.
  
• Added day/night cycle.
  
• Added a random weather event.
  
• Two new items, one can be purchased and the other one's hidden.
  
• Fixed additional targets not not appearing with civilians turned off.
  
• Leaning now better indicates reduction in accuracy.
  
• New vehicle code, this means the car is back too. Still work in progress but should be more consistent than the last one.

That's it. New gun. Maybe some minor fixes too but I forgot.

Bug where your camera phases through stuff should actually be fixed now.

Turns out it was way too easy to make tons of money really fast so here's some changes to the stock exchange.

• The market now runs at 1 second ticks, making it less easy to cheese completely.
  
• Made it impossible to buy stocks for 0 dollars after a company goes bankrupt.
  
• Some other changes in behavior of individual stocks depending on the game progression.
