we've got another hotfix for some of the reported issues, check it out!

v0.7.14 changelog:

• Fix crash after using Taunt Totem and Robot.
  
• Fix for occasional crashes on Bosses that spawn mobs.
  

Now we are focused on tweaking the difficulty curve for the first few episodes (to make them more challenging and in line with the rest of the game), and testing the first January content update with the first episode of Season 3!

Thanks to your much appreciated and detailed feedback, we can continue tweaking and improving The Crackpet Show! Today we have a brand new hotfix for some of the issues you shared with us since launch.

v0.7.13 changelog:

• Lava Bullets and Poison Area performance optimized
  
• Fix for situations where enemies may occasionally be stuck behind the exit tiles
  
• "My Turret" now properly inherit player weapon fire rate
  
• Arrows in the key bindings configuration screen are now clickable
  
• Fix for two-line texts in some item unlock notifications
  
• Fix for occasional stuck at the episode summary screen
  
• Fixes for other minor error reports
  

Just before Christmas, we’ve released the first content update, with the brand new character - Evil Goat and a new perk, a new special item, Ugly Christmas Sweater for Mr. Parrot, so make sure to check it out!

How to play with friends? Using Steam Remote Play!

1. Launch the game.
2. Make sure your friend is logged into Steam from a supported device.
3. Open the Steam in-game overlay (Shift+Tab).
4. Right-click the desired friend and select Invite to Remote Play.
5. Once accepted, your friend will start playing with you.

What a week it was! The first two seasons of The Crackpet Show have been available for a week now, and thanks to your overwhelming support, the host, Mr. Parrot is delighted to report over 100 reviews on Steam with 90%+ positive ones!

If you still haven’t shared your review, please consider doing so, because it helps our small indie studio a lot to spice things up and add more crazy stuff to the game.

The Showrunners read your feedback carefully, to check for ideas on how the show might evolve over time and bring you even more joy and chaos! We would also like to give a huge thanks to players reporting bugs and their feedback - the first patch consisted of a few tweaks raised by our awesome community.

There are over 1350 players on our Discord, and the whole team is super excited to talk to you about your achievements, epic boss fights, and solve any problems you could have while on the run.

On December 21st we published our first Content Update, with Evil Goat joining the show’s roster and Mr. Parrot wearing an Ugly Christmas Sweater for a limited time (+ a new perk and special item to help you survive on the go).



There is also a Community Fan Art contest, so if you wish to spend some time during Christmas to share your vision of The Crackpet Show, now it’s a perfect opportunity to jump in and grab some sweet game keys.

We will be running a Fan Art Contest starting today. Users will be able to submit their “the Crackpet Show” art through Discord, and Twitter until January 17, 2022 (23:59 CET) after which the Ravenage and Vixa Games Community teams will select their top 3 submissions to win prizes!



To participate in the contest, you will only need to turn on the imagination and show us your drawing skills. Keep in mind that the art should not violate the rules of our community!
