Even if you have no plans of getting either of them, wishlists help a lot with the visibility, and we really need it in today’s market.



We finally finished integrating achievements into the game! There are 17 of them, one is hidden, but you maybe possibly can figure it out by looking at the full achievement list:



Most of the achievements will auto-unlock if you satisfy the requirements (story progression, mostly), but you’ll have to work for the last two.



Our lead developer spent a fair few days on making it work, but it should be all good now. As soon as you unlock all the chapters in the story, a checkbox will appear, letting you turn on the Story Mode.



When the Story Mode is on, you won’t have to play through the match-3 challenges. Just choose the path you want and enjoy the ride!

Good news, everyone! We now have animated stickers in the Points Shop!

It’s a silly thing, but we had a lot of fun coming up with the stickers and making them, and it didn’t take too much development time. Honest!


Oh, and another thing happened. We’ve been talking about our experience making a game in our friend group recently, and some of them decided to have a go at it, too. And we agreed to help our friends with the publishing.



In return they stole our UI and poached one of our contractors. And it’s going to be a collection of minigames with some licensed art. Yeah, we should probably stop being friends with them.

But hey, if you like to _earn_ your art, it should be pretty decent. And they are going to add some original animations, too, so even if you are an experienced yiffynnoisseur, there will be something new to see. So maybe check out their game page:

But back to our Shades. Our lead developer finally had some free time and was able to do a thing.

Yes, he added the long-awaited Story (aka Free) Mode to the game!



He should be able to finally add the achievements pretty soon, too. And once it’s all in there, we’ll release the update. So please keep an eye out for further announcements.

We are very proud to announce that a new

There are 14 new original artworks available, with three full-length animations to boot! We also tried experimenting with the story structure, so while there are less branches in this one, each path is now much lengthier.

Releasing in May, it’s going to switch focus to the M/F pairings, but it’s still going to feature fully original artwork, custom-made animations, and multiple fun, raunchy stories!

If you’re more of an M/M type of person, don’t worry, we are not giving up on the Shades of Gay series, and we’d like to expand the scope for the next installment, adding new mechanics, and maybe even a meta-game layer with some RPG mechanics.

But for now, we need to make sure that our coffers can support the extended development, and the best way to help us in that would be to wishlist our new game and tell you friends (and enemies, if you'd like) about it!
