Alien Sighting in the Valley!
ATTENTION VALLEY VILLAGERS!
It has come to our attention that something, or, someone has been causing mischief in Dreamlight Valley. Green flashes of color have been seen in the sky, and villagers’ left socks have gone missing from their homes!

Please make sure to pick up any socks you find laying about your Village. In addition to missing socks littering the Valley, it also appears that someone has left what looks like a vehicle unlawfully parked on Dazzle Beach.

Donald Duck is leading the investigation into this strange disturbance - if you have any information (or have found any of the missing socks) make sure to contact him immediately! Note that you will need to be friends with Donald so that he can trust you enough with the details of this investigation.

If you’ve already stepped up to help, remember that investigations can take some time, and you may need to wait a few days in between each new quest to further unravel the mystery in the Valley!

Disney Dreamlight Valley patch fixes broken quests, including Stitch

Gameloft has detailed Disney Dreamlight Valley patch notes for a small holiday update that fixes a number of key companion quest bugs in the life game. The update follows on from the release of the Disney Dreamlight Valley Toy Story update 'Missions in Uncharted Space' in early December, which introduced fan favourites Buzz Lightyear and Woody to the game, along with lovable alien Stitch and the arrival of the new Festive Star Path.

December 16 Hotfix Patch Notes

Happy patch day Valley Villagers!

We say this every time an update rolls around, but it bears repeating – thank you for your diligence in sharing your in-game experiences with us and flagging any issues and concerns you have! These continue to go a long way towards helping us identify, triage, and resolve issues, and this update is no different.

Today’s small hotfix update addresses a number of issues we saw coming up following the launch of Missions in Uncharted Space. Please see the list below for a breakdown of what to expect from the update:

Bug Fixes:

 • Story-related items will no longer appear in the crafting menu before they are intended to be available.
 • Improved feedback in Buzz Lightyear’s house to make it easier to exit.
 • “You're My Favorite Deputy” quest: Improved item spawns to prevent them from falling outside of the map or into static objects.
 • “Restoring the Sunstone” quest: We are continuing to push iterative fixes to help users who are still encountering issues with this quest. Today’s fix should help some players, but we are continuing to investigate, as we anticipate the issue may persist for others. We will be keeping a close eye on this through the next update.
 • “A Deal With Ursula” quest: Players will now be able to place the four crystals on the pedestals necessary to complete this quest.
 • “The Mystery of Stolen Socks” quest: The next step of this quest will now be accessible for players who clear the necessary trash. Donald and Dreamlight Valley thank you!
 • “The Illumination” quest: Placing the blanket fort in the house will now complete this quest.
 • Boba tea is great. Giant boba tea is even better! But in the Valley... maybe it was a little too big. Boba tea items will now appear as their intended, normal size.
 • Various stability and optimization improvements.

What kind of game makes you rage quit the most? Maybe it's a multiplayer shooter where some weasel drops you with a headshot from across the map, or a punishing combat-focused RPG where a nearly-defeated boss abruptly grows a second health bar before pancaking you with a giant hammer, or an unforgiving platformer that makes you repeat an entire level because of one tiny slip-up on the final obstacle...
