  • Fixed a bug where the game could crash under certain circumstances if the language was set to Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or Japanese

The Magnificent Modding Update - Beta Testing

Beta testing for The Magnificent Modding Update is now live on the "v1.2-beta" branch!

The beta version of The Magnificent Modding Update is now available on the "v1.2-beta" branch. One purpose of this branch is to test any existing mods you may have made or been working on. You can also test the new modding API features that will be available when v1.2 releases on January 5th, 2024.

Keep in mind, if you make or update a mod that utilizes features only available on this beta branch, they will not function on the main branch until v1.2 releases. In other words, don't upload those mods to the Steam Workshop until v1.2 releases on January 5th, 2024.

This version of the beta also does not have every feature that will be present in v1.2, such as custom apartment floors.

If you find any bugs, please report them in the #bug-reports channel of the game's discord.
