It’s the Season of Spook, and what could be more Spook-tacular than the reemergence of the Punkleton trio! Talk about “squash” goals! Punkleton, Rare Punkleton, and Epic Punkleton will be available at varying times throughout the course of Spooktacle!

[h2]NEW Monster: Rare Gheegur[/h2]



There’s really no better time than Spooktacle for us to discover the mad-scientist-inspired Rare Gheegur! This Rare Wublin sure looks like it has a real knack for bringing kooky creations to life! You may have noticed this Rare version is lacking its Common cousin’s trademark glow! Legend says that’s so it can lurk around in the dark more easily, making some of its fellow Wublins apprehensive of it. But fret not! There’s nothing spooky about Rare Gheegur - in fact, it is a very funny and courteous fellow!

[h2]NEW Monster: Epic Thrumble[/h2]



From deep within the waters of the Monstriana Trench, we have uncovered none other than Epic Thrumble! Although this subspecies has a much younger lineage than other Epic Monsters, Epic Thrumbles are still a fantastical faction! Rumor has it that their genetics may have been spliced with Glubber DNA, but it seems to have more in common with Anemonons or Jlelljiggles! Buy or breed it for a limited time on Bone Island… Thankfully, the October monthly Amber Set contains Thrumble’s Vessel, so you can begin attempting to evolve it on Amber Island, too!

NEW Island: Ethereal Workshop[/h2]



We weren’t kidding when we said “It’s all in your head!” Welcome to the Ethereal Workshop, located inside Ethereal Island Colossal’s cranium! Zarroë has achieved what was previously thought to be impossible by bringing to life Triple-Element Ethereals (and beyond!) using the power of “Meebs” and curious new Structures we’ve never encountered before! Head to the Ethereal Workshop and help the Colossal reach its goal of creating a symphony of beautiful and mind-bending music!

[h2]NEW Monsters: Triple-Element Ethereals[/h2]



It’s been a long time since Single and Double-Element Ethereals were discovered, and after such a long wait, we are very excited to introduce the first-ever Triple-Element Ethereals! You’ve already met Meebkin, our googly-eyed friend with a greater-than-average affinity for the Meeb critters you’ll get to know on Ethereal Workshop. This courteous caretaker houses Meebs inside of its baton-like instrument and rhythmically twirls it to help the Critters make their enchanting sounds. But Meebkin isn’t the only new Monster brought to fruition on Ethereal Workshop! Visit the new Island and discover four more Ethereal acquaintances!

[h2]Double-Element Ethereals on the Colossingum[/h2]



Double-Element Ethereals have finally arrived on the Colossingum with a series of brand new quests, costumes, and trophies to be won! These new permanent quests and affluent attire will be arriving on a bi-weekly basis, starting on October 19th! We are also excited to announce that the Colossingum Level Cap will also be increased in the coming weeks so you’ll have even more reason to climb back to the top!

[h2]NEW Features: Early Ascension and Wildcards[/h2]



Now that you have experienced two rounds of Celestial Ascension, we are excited to introduce an all-new feature called Early Ascension! This new process will allow you to attempt to Ascend a Celestial with an incomplete inventory! But beware…there is some risk involved. Unsuccessful attempts will result in some of the eggs being lost, however you will receive a “Wildcard” in return which can be applied to any inventory! So, whether you’re zapping an egg or powering up a Wubbox, Wildcards will be a valuable resource to have in your pocket.

Boo’qwurm on Psychic Island[/h3]



Boo’qwurm hardly noticed how much time has passed since its debut on Seasonal Shanty since its head has been stuck in a book for almost a whole year! Now that MindBoggle has kicked off, this puzzle-loving brainiac has made its way to Psychic Island to share its love for reading and brain teasers! Although excited to join in on the festivities, you may notice Boo’qwurm missing out on a party here or there - that’s because it needs to finish just one…more…chapter!

[h3]Dipsters on Psychic Island[/h3]



It appears as though the rumors have been true all along! Cruv’laapht, the Psychic Island Titan, is proud to welcome the Dipster family to its home!

[h3]NEW Monster: Rare Bisonorus[/h3]



The colorful new Rare Fire Monster is ridiculously strong and has been described as “virtually indestructible.” That may be attributed to its substantially larger and larger-than-life antlers of the Emperor residing on its head. These adjustments from its Common counterpart can be attributed to evolution throughout several generations to create a strong, almost-perfect specimen. The best part about this generational progression? The bond the Rare Fire Monster has solidified with its dome-dwelling companion, truly encompassing the idea of family.

[h3]NEW Monster: Rare Creepuscule[/h3]



This newly discovered Rare Wublin has certainly upped its wig game! Donning an intricate red yarn hairpiece, this Monster is excited to show off such a beautiful contrast to its green complexion. Some have said that from afar, this Rare Wublin resembles some sort of tropical fruit - that is, until you see its teeth. You may quickly change your mind once you lay your eyes upon those rows of chompers…

You’ll want to pick up a book and learn something new when you get your first glimpse of the all-new MindBoggle Psychic Island Skin! Celestial Ascension[/h3]



We’ve been listening to the stars for quite some time now, and this year we learned that the stars have their own stories to tell…
Introducing the astounding phenomenon of Celestial ASCENSION!



Each month, one of the 12 CELESTIALS will unlock the ability to Ascend from its young form into an adult! You'll need to Zap the proper combination of eggs into its inventory, including hard-to-get Monsters like Seasonals and Rares... and you'll only have the duration of the month to do so.



Thankfully, you'll be able to use the new FLEX egg system to choose from an assortment of eligible Monsters to Zap. Then, when the inventory is complete, harness the power of KEYS to complete the Ascension! Because of their special connection to the genesis of the Monster World, Ascended Celestials can now generate Keys themselves!

Hoola, Rare Hoola, and Epic Hoola Return![/h3]



Hey Nana Hey! Hoola has returned to celebrate the 10th Monster World SummerSong Event! The notorious prankster surely has some tricks up its sleeve, but will likely be spending most of its time enjoying the party on Earth Island! There’s no doubt Hoola will be joined by its Rare and Epic counterparts during the Event, however you’ll need to keep your eyes peeled so you don’t miss out on their limited availability! Pay special attention to our social media platforms during SummerSong - you may be able to spot Epic Hoola in some unexpected places… BAH!



[h3]NEW Monster: Rare Incisaur[/h3]



Rare Incisaur has a special talent of breaking down its Treats before devouring them by using venom instead of saliva! Fortunately, this potent toxin will not harm Monsters if it is accidentally ingested - reports from Monsters who have unintentionally eaten some of these venomous drippings have reported a rather mild side-effect of hiccups. Out of caution and care for its Monster friends, Rare Incisaur extends its neck frill outwards to warn others when it’s hungry (and therefore, salivating!).



[h3]NEW Monster: Rare Tympa[/h3]



Wubbox has once again used its Spark of Life to unlock the evolutionary potential of another Rare Wublin! Rare Tympa’s appearance is a seemingly perfect match for the gloomy hues of Wublin Island and its constant Electrically stormy environment! That hairdo, though, is perfect for any type of weather, and any kind of mood!
