Wobbledogs Console Edition takes flight with huge free update!
It's taken a few generations of mutating and fine-tuning, but Wobbledogs Console Edition is now looking even more like its PC papa! A free update adding wings, horns, four new content packs, and so much more has just arrived on Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4 (PS4™), and Xbox One.
Today's free update means that, for the first time on consoles, dog lovers can give their puppers the wings they've been waiting for, allowing them to fly around their enclosures like nature intended. Other previously unavailable mutations including horns and facial variations for eyes, mouths, noses, and ears have also been added, offering greater variation in the doggies you design. Plus, players will receive four content packs added to the PC version across 2023 and 2024 – the Grocery Store, Desert, Unfinished Basement, and Winter packs – introducing six new food items, nine new toys, and a whole heap of decorations.
On top of that, all console versions will benefit from further optimisation improvements and bug fixes to ensure the smoothest performance of your wobbly friends, as well as some tweaks to the user interface to match the vibes of their PC forefather. Switch players will also receive the benefits of a previous free update on PS4 and Xbox One, with the Aquarium pack now added in alongside 45° decorative item rotation and item scaling.

On Switch, the patch will ALSO include content already live on PS and Xbox as part of a previous update, namely:
- Added missing localisation.
- Introduced 45° decorative item rotation.
- Use top shoulder buttons with an item selected in decoration mode.
- Introduced decorative item scaling.
- Press the left hand face button (X/) with an item selected in decoration mode.
- Introduced Aquarium item pack:
- Includes associated gut flora; “Compactium”.
- Food item produced by digging on “Natural Pebble Floor” or “Premium Pebble Floor”.
- Introduced missing “Spooky” content.
- Updated the function of “Out of this World” to include appropriate space themed decorations.
- Updated colour balance to better represent the PC experience.
- General bug fixes.
