Points to note
- The beta code can only be entered by those who have purchased the Early Access version.
- Maze, menus, and npc conversations cannot be used while online.
- In the arena, stats are averaged out regardless of level
- The arena points (BP) may be reset after the beta.
- If you wish to proceed with equipment or NPC events while online, use the pause (menu key) to move the rescuer to the lobby, and then use the pause key to move the rescuer back to the lobby.
　After the equipment or event is finished, you can use the "fog cloak" again to join the party.
- Although we have debugged the game, we recommend backing up your data in case it gets corrupted.
　The following folder contains the saved data. Please copy and duplicate the data to a different folder.

Beta Contents
- Improvement of synchronization bug
The previous full synchronization system has been replaced with "pad data synchronization" and "synchronization adjustment by packets from the host".
Each player's status will be prioritized by the client, while the host's status will take precedence for enemy data, etc.
- Addition of friend matching function
- It is now possible to wait for a rescuer while playing the game.
- Changed from matching on one map to continuous matching in all areas
- Addition of arena (PvP)
- Mouse support for UI
Changed the default settings for keyboard operation.
If you are using a keyboard, please try the default settings.

We have received reports of a bug in the key configuration where the "Weak Attack" and "Decision" keys are set to the same key, causing the player to be unable to proceed from the title screen.
We are working on the mouse support as well as the online beta, so please wait a little longer for the solution.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing this bug, please try the following.

How to initialize the configuration data

1. Delete the configuration data of Lost Epic
　Delete the file "Steam\userdata\userid\1426490\remote\Config.dat".
The "userid" is the userid of the Steam client you are using.

Open the LOSTEPIC properties in the Steam client and uncheck the "Save Lost Epic Games to Steam Cloud" checkbox.

3. Launch LOSTEPIC, do the key configuration, and then return to the title screen. Config.dat will be created again when you return to the title.

4. Quit LOSTEPIC, turn on the "Save LOST EPIC game to Steam Cloud" checkbox you removed in [2], and quit Steam client as well.

If you start up the Steam client again, the configuration data will be in a modified state.

Also, in some UIs, the "Decision" and "Cancel" configurations were not reflected, and the default operation was used.
Until the patch is released, you can use the same settings for "Jump" for "Decision" and "Cancel" for "Shingi Button".
