Concordia: Digital Edition News

Concordia: Digital Edition Online Tournament has kicked off!

It is not the first such event and it won't be the last!

It's an event where over 60 people from across the world compete against each other for the title of the best merchant of ancient Rome!

They will play three rounds of a Swiss-style tournament followed by the three rounds of a championship-style tournament. The best merchant will claim the title.

Everyone who reaches the championship phase claims a prize, while the top three places get physical boxed game rewards provided by PD-Verlag - the publisher of the tabletop Concordia.

It is another in a series of such events organized by Acram Digital - and surely not the last!

All such events are free of charge and aim to bring the community closer together.
Stay tuned for the updates, and stay on the lookouts! More such events are sure to come in the future!

Hotfix Update 1.2.1 is live

Salsa DLC came with an unforseen bug where AI would just get stuck. We've fixed that, and some other minor details.

  • [Fix] Fixed several minor bugs relating to build action from Architect in relation to Forum Tiles.
  • [Fix] Libya Province name has been fixed on the Bysantium map.
  • [Fix] Fixed the bug causing AI to be stuck during an AI turn.
  • [Fix] Fixed a rare bug where where sometimes a player with full Storehouse receiving Salt during a Prefect action couldn't confirm the action - and thus progress.
  • [Localization] Localization has been updated.

Salsa DLC is out!

The long awaited first major DLC for Concordia: Digital Edition is now available for purchase!

As of now you can access Salt and Forum modules, and Hispania and Byzantium maps on iOS, Android, Steam, and GOG!

Salt is a new kind of trading good that can not be bought or sold - it can only be acquired from Salt producing cities. It's also the most valuable of all the trading goods, as it can serve as any other good for the purposes of house construction or points scoring!

Forum is a mechanic bringing a whole new set of Forum Cards, where you get patricians and regular citizens to help you throughout the game. The bonuses they provide are either a one-time use powerful ability or an ongoing change to core game mechanics.

Hispania & Byzantium are the two maps that come with the Salsa DLC. They don't bring any new mechanics by themselves, but the different layout in itself will significantly impact the gameplay and the tactics.

Last call for the tournament!

Don't forget you can still sign up for the Concordia: Digital Edition Online Tournament!

All you need is the base game of Concordia and the will to compete! The event is completely free of charge and there are real prizes to be won provided by us (Acram Digital) and PD-Verlag - the publisher of the tabletop Concordia!
