Hello, OOTP fans!

The updated Korean beta version is ready with improved Korean translation. However, as this is a lengthy process, we will continue to improve the quality of localization over the next few weeks. Please be patient!

There was some misunderstanding regarding the release on April 23rd. We were planning to release an incomplete public beta version internally, but due to a communication error, it was incorrectly announced that the final Korean version was released in the trailer.

If you are in the Korean version of the public beta group on Steam, the Steam version of the new beta build will be automatically updated.

Please report bugs in the following subforum and make sure to include screenshots or a detailed description of the problem if possible: Korean bug reporting forum

We have tested this build for 24 hours and did not find any issues, however use this at your own risk! Please back up important league files before loading them in this beta.

How to access the beta on Steam:

Quit OOTP 22 if it's running.
Open Steam client -> Library
Right click on Out of the Park Baseball 22
Click on "Properties" at the bottom of the menu
Click on the beta tab. Here, enter the following code / password: ootptestkorea22
Click on "Check code"
Open the beta pull-down and select "publicbeta".
Close the Steam client (Steam menu -> Exit)
Open the client again. It should then download the beta build.

Dear Korean baseball fans,

Today we start a new chapter in the history of Out of the Park Baseball. A team of engineers and translators have worked hard for several months to localize the game for the Korean market, and today we will be releasing a public beta which features a setting in the Game Settings Dialog to play the game in Korean language. The purpose of this beta version is to gather feedback and bug reports from our Korean fans so that we can finalize the localization within the next few weeks. Please keep in mind that the translation is not complete yet, so you will see untranslated text in a few spots, for example some player or team names.
