August is almost over, and that means we’re slowly heading towards the end of summer!
BUT it also means it’s time for our Monthly Community Update, let’s see what’s happening in the backstages of SnowRunner!

Season 8 is named “Grand Harvest”, and that’s for a good reason! You will discover 4 new massive summer maps in a brand new region, never explored before in the SnowRunner franchise! That’s for the “Grand” part, and about the “Harvest”, your task will be to restore the electrical power supply system in the region, clean & fertilize the fields, and finally, sow crops and reap the benefits!

“Grand Harvest” is indeed focused on farming, and to help you complete this task, 3 new vehicles will be at your disposal: the Kirovets K-700, a four wheel drive tractor with impressive power for its size; its modern version the K7M to help you plow all types of fields; and the Step 39331 ‘Pike’, a fine choice for all the transportation duties!

We hope you’re all having a fantastic summer so far! Another month has passed and on SnowRunner, it has been a relatively quiet June.

[h2]A new season is in sight![/h2]

That’s right runners, the Year 2 Pass is reaching its conclusion with Season 8! Our teams are fully focused on it to bring some exclusive new content to SnowRunner!
This new season will be focused around a brand new theme never seen before in the SnowRunner franchise: farming!
As you can expect, a new season means new vehicles! To help you complete your tasks, you’ll be behind the wheel of powerful and mighty tractors!

And there’s more! We’ve seen your feedback on Season 7, and your criticisms that the Season only has 1 map. Rest assured, Season 8 packs up a total of 4 (four!) maps located in a new region! Each map is a 4km²-sized map, so there will be plenty of exploration to discover all the secrets and details of the maps!

They’re divided in the 3 following categories:

1. Best New Map: The map that got the best results over the last 2 months, based on our data.
   
2. Best New Vehicle: The vehicle that got the best results over the last 2 months, based on our data.
   
3. Best “Race” Themed Mod: With Season 7 focused around racing, it was more than appropriate to grant an award to the mod that was the most fitting to the “Racing Spirit” to face the challenges of
   Tennessee.

• Fixed a bug when sometimes subscribed MOD maps cannot be enabled
  
• Fixed a bug related to convertation of the maps with custom assets

• Added a warning message that savegames may be incompatible with previous versions
  
• Localization fixes
  
• Minor multiplayer, crossplay and UI bugs were fixed
  

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug in hard mode during co-op session when trying to refuel a full truck at the fuel station results in deleting all the fuel from the truck's gas tank
  
• Fixed a bug when markers (waypoint, loading marker, watchpoint, etc.) in the game are noticeably clipped when they are at the edge of the screen in windowed mode
  
• Fixed a bug with accidental crashes of the beginning of the game
