Thank you for your support and the long wait for A.V.A Global's launch.
As much as you've waited for us, we are trying our best to provide the best play environment for you.

Our team has analyzed each and every mercenary play pattern closely after we launched that game today.
So, we are really doing our best to provide a more pleasant and enjoyable game to everyone.

First of all, we expanded the server at around 00:00(UTC) today to provide a smoother and more pleasant gameplay environment.

In addition, we decided to remove all the items that cost 'Euros per min', so that you can earn Euros easily, as well as enjoy various Euro content.
(The removal of the Euros per min will be updated according to the Hotfix schedule below.)

- Hotfix content:
> Remove Euros per min on protective gear items, Primary/secondary weapons(After hotfix, Euros will not be deducted).
> New Battle Pass (Season1 Venom)

To celebrate our launch we have prepared a launch event for everyone!

CBT rewards will be given to mercenaries that participated in the A.V.A Playtest last year.
Please make sure you have created a character in A.V.A Global before the 30th of Aug 06:00(UTC). to receive the CBT rewards.
CBT Rewards: X4A1 Dreamcatcher, 50 Titaniums, 100,000 Euros(Changed from previous Mod-tickets)

Through our official socials, had a trailer-sharing event,
all mercenaries will receive the rewards which were 2 Premium boxes(1st trailer) and 2 A.V.A boxes(2nd Trailer).
*Please make sure you have a character made before Aug 28th 06:00 am

[h3]Play A.V.A Global![/h3]

One!
For all players that create a character and play and we will be giving out 3 A.V.A boxes to celebrate A.V.A Globals launch.

Two!
Mercenaries who reach 'Staff Sergeant lvl 5' will get 2 Premium boxes as a reward.
*NOTE : Mercenaries must play/reach Staff Sergeant lvl 5 before Aug 28th 06:00 am. *Boxes will be given after the event is over via mailbox in-game

To summarize, mercenaries that reach all the goals above will get a total of 4 premium boxes and 5 A.V.A boxes.

We've received feedback from users that it is hard to obtain in-game currency.
So, for 24hrs we've decided to boost euros 200%.
Euro Boost will start from 25th of Aug 10:00 am (UTC) ~ 26th of Aug 10:00 am (UTC)

Before you play any maps/modes, make sure you select a daily mission challenge and get an additional A.V.A Box.

We have got reports from users that have EAC errors saying "EasyAntiCheat Client Violation"
This may mean that the anti-cheat software needs to be repaired.

Please follow the guide below.

The file path to the setup is a bit different for users. You can find the files here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\A.V.A\Binaries\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.
Please run the setup once to fix the issue with the EAC file.

If this doesn't work, open the Steam client, right-click on A.V.A Global and open the properties.
Under the "Local Files" tab, select "Verify integrity of game files".

We hope this helps with the EAC issue.
