DEVLOG #4 | KRIEGSLOKOMOTIVE

[h3]Welcome to the next devlog of Project Wunderwaffe![/h3]

Today we would like to present to you Kriegslokomotive - the locomotives produced during World War II. Their design was adapted to the economic conditions of the war period. They will play two key roles in the game.

The first role of Kriegslokomotive is to haul wagons with resources to our base. Thanks to them our base will be able to develop. The second role of the Kriegslokomotive is probably even more important because it consists in sending the locomotive with supplies to the front line. Countering the front line will be crucial for the development of our base.

The Kriegslokomotive locomotives were an ideal solution in the conditions that prevailed during World War II, including material shortages, transport of goods as part of military logistics support. Kriegslokomotive was easy to maintain and proved themselves in difficult conditions. Moreover, they were resistant to extreme weather conditions, and most importantly, they could be cheaply and quickly produced. On the other hand, economic disadvantages, such as relatively high fuel consumption, had to be accepted.

These military locomotives were kept as technically simple as possible and avoided the use of rare materials - especially copper. Kriegslokomotive usually had two classifications: one based on the normal peacetime classification system and a separate war classification.

We can officially confirm that the work on Project Wunderwaffe has started! In the near future, we will be sharing the next progress on the game with you. Therefore, you can expect devlogs, unique graphics, awesome art and other materials.
