Game Patch



Greetings adventurers,

We’re back with more bug fixes to improve the quality of the game! You can find the full list below.

Bug fixes:
  • Heroes (notably the Sorcerer) will now do the correct amount of damage relative to the amount shown when they attack.
  • Restored missing sound effects when certain cards would be played (notably with the Hunter)
  • The health of enemies will now reflect their actual health during the first round of a level
  • Fixed an issue with enemies being able to walk through magic barriers when the floor was poisoned
  • Players are no longer able to re-purchase the same cards when leaving and re-joining the shop floor
  • Fixed an issue with players being able to leave through a level exit door after teleporting while it is surrounded by enemies
  • General fixes and maintenance

Demeo wins AIXR VR Awards Game of the Year award!



We are so proud to share that Demeo was named 2021's VR Game of the Year at the VR Awards! A huge shout out to all nominees, and stay tuned: there’s plenty more fun to come.

The next adventure Roots of Evil will be out on December 16, 2021, including a bard, new levels and more. And don't forget, you'll also be able to party up with your non-VR friends soon with the upcoming PC version!

Howdy adventurers,

We just released a game patch including bug fixes and improvements to the game. You can find the full list below.

Bug fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where players leaving a game with a dead group wouldn’t reset your character when rejoining with the same room code
  • Fixed an issue where masks and hands weren’t scaling correctly when zooming in and out on the board
  • Fixed an issue where the board wouldn’t immediately adjust when using the tilt option just after entering a level
  • Fixed an issue where the tutorial would sometimes softlock
  • Updated the enemy distribution in the Elven Necropolis
  • Grabbing is now more responsive

Game Update - Game Saves, New Cards and More!



Greetings adventurers!

Today is the day we’ve all been waiting for! We just released the save game session feature, allowing you to save checkpoints and pick up where you left off at a later time. We also added two new cards, a new lamp and some improvements for the overall game experience. We hope you enjoy it!

Save game session feature: You can now save a checkpoint at Cleepto’s Bazaar to continue your game later. The host will be presented with the option when entering the bazaar between levels. Launch a saved checkpoint by going to ‘host game’ or ‘skirmish’ and select ‘continue’ to see your available saves. You can store up to three multiplayer checkpoints and three skirmish checkpoints.

New card/lamp: Vortex Lamp - When broken, the vortex lamp drags all creatures towards its center and deals 1 damage. It can be found on levels and as a card in chests.

New card: Regroup - Teleport all of your teammates to your position, no matter where they are on the map.

Game updates:
  • Save game session feature added (checkpoints)
  • New card/lamp: Vortex Lamp
  • New card: Regroup
  • Added option to choose which adventure to play when using quickplay
  • Improved randomization of rooms in quickplay. This also makes it easier to find new rooms when encountering an inactive host
  • Reworked the line-of-sight to solve an issue where the magic wall didn’t work as intended and fixed an issue where enemies were able to attack through walls, etc.
  • Added an in-game message when a player leaves, joins or gets kicked
  • General bug fixes
