Dev Update

As we're approaching release, I'm polishing the last bits of contents and I have to say I'm having a blast with this new lava biome. It just looks so alive, and it's a joy to work with. In this area, the main gameplay mechanic is based on lava puddles and lava droplets, which creates big flashes of light when they meet. Like a crazy chain reaction under acid.

I'll finish by adding that I'm looking for beta-testers! We'll start beta-testing the full game soon, so if you're interested, sign-up here to get access when it's live. The public demo has been out for a few months now, and I received tons of useful feedback from the community, so I'm really looking forward to getting your feedbacks for the full game!

Tiny Teams 2021 was a huge success!

In case you missed it, Pale Night was part of the official selection for the Tiny Teams festival. Many great games were showcased, and I'm honored Pale Night was chosen to be part of it among so many giants. Pal and Pook say thank you ❤️

🔴 Special stream with devs from Aveliana and Affectus!

Hi! I'm Simon, the solo developer of Pale Night, and tonight I'll be live with my friends from Affectus and Aveliana both solo developers themselves! Join us live, and you'll be able to ask us anything about our games and how we make them.

The first live we did with Zenibuka, the composer of Pale Night, was a real success. We reached a peak of 952 viewers and a total of 12,464 unique viewers! I still can't believe it!

I'm so excited to renew the experience, this time with developers of Aveliana and Affectus. We'll be playing each other's games and discuss our creative process, gameplay, storyline, art style, making games and more!
