Problems while upgrading your computer in Youtubers Life 2? Well, now you can go back to your room and keep improving your Youtuber stuff to create your best content, 'cause today we introduce the new Hotfix 1.2.3.015 to fix two of the most common issues:

[h3]The new Hotfix fixes the bug that blocked computer upgrades if it was sent to the storage after expanding the house with a new room.[/h3]

[h3]The patch also fixes an issue that prevented computer and gaming corner upgrades due to a bug that caused the upgrade prices to be 999.999 coins[/h3]

[h3]FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:[/h3] I divorced an NPC and now they hate me. What can I do?
You have to use the Er-Brainlyzer, which you can buy at Er-Tech Innovation Center, in order to reset the relationship. That way you can befriend them again.


Why can’t I give away certain objects?
Some objects can’t be gifted or given away because they are required to complete a quest or they are key to the development of your Youtuber career. That’s why, in order to avoid you giving them away accidentally, we have taken away the ability of doing so altogether.


Gigi is gone! How do I make her come back?
Before Gigi disappears, she will tell you to take care of her AFK plant. Then, you’ll get the plant and a watering can. In order to complete the quest, you’ll need to place this plant on a piece of furniture, and then you’ll see it’s special and you can interact with it. If you get close to the plant with the watering can, you’ll see the plant has a heart of friendship. Keep watering the plant until the heart is full and something will surely happen! When Gigi disappears, you have to water the plant every day until you reach 1 full heart of relationship in order for her to come back. The plant can be watered by placing it on a piece of furniture.


Why can’t I go past 500 000 viewers on livestreams?
You’re not doing anything wrong! That’s the current limit of viewers you can have on a stream, so you can just focus on keeping up the good work to gain more subscribers and coins with your streamings.


Why can’t I get more than 10 000 000 subscribers?
Don’t worry, that’s the current limit of subscribers that you can have in your channel, so if you reach this number, it means that you have become the most famous Youtuber! After that, you can keep enjoying your stardom at NewTube City by capturing new trends, making more friends, grabbing secret rewards, or progressing in other game quests.


I can’t increase my level of friendship with Agora and Grace!
Agora and Grace don’t progress in friendship and they don’t have any friendship events.


My room has suddenly gone dark!
It might be that you have accidentally turned off the lights of your house. They can be turned on again by pressing the F key or the left joystick of the controller. But who knows, maybe you prefer to keep a dimmer light for your next video...


Why can’t I finish a quest that requires a storm if I go there when it’s raining?
Because rainy days and stormy days are not the same. Stormy days only occur in summer, so you have to wait for that season to be able to complete the quest! In order to make sure that the weather is right, you can check the weather status. On rainy days, there’s a cloud with raindrops. When there’s a storm, there’s lightning too in the weather status icon. Always look out for that!


Tattoos, piercings, and different hairstyles aren’t showing up when I try to change my character’s style. How can I get them?
You need to purchase tattoos, piercings, and new hairstyles at the hairdresser’s counter before going to the chair. Once you do that, they should appear.


I did a livestream with the USB Adam gave me but the USB doesn’t disappear after doing it, and the trend it contains is now white. What should I do?
You have to talk to Adam after completing the livestream in order for the USB to disappear.


What should I do if the game tells me “Not enough render points”?
If that happens, that means you need to upgrade your computer. The option to upgrade it is unlocked after the first time your computer crashes, then the drone tells you to replace the broken components with new ones at Leet Point. Then you can interact with your computer to upgrade it by adding new components. Each component you can get at Leet Point will add a certain number of render points to your computer, so the better the component is, the higher number of render points you will be able to spend while editing your videos.


After having obtained the NewTube trophy of the season, can we equip the drone?
Of course! You should be able to equip your brand new golden drone using the Drone App that you'll find in the phone menu.


Can I decorate the new room that gets added when I marry an NPC?
The new room cannot be edited because it’s the other character’s room. If you get divorced and they move out, the room will disappear.


Can I make time go slower?
Time can’t be slowed down in the game. But if you need to take a break, you can always open your phone and think about your next move, since that will freeze time inside the game.


The texts and options in the main menu have gone crazy and they don’t display the correct titles! What is going on?
Something like this is probably happening because the game doesn't have permission to read the language files. You can either try reinstalling the game in a different unit/drive (that can be chosen in the installation settings of Steam) or you can change the security permissions of the drive in which you have currently installed the game.


Why can’t I do an unboxing of any of the items I have?
Unboxings can only be made with games that you have not played yet and objects that display a box symbol next to them. So, for example, if you’ve already played a game, you won’t be able to do an unboxing of it.


Why is it so hard to get stars when recording a video?
Getting good ratings for your videos can be challenging at first, so we recommend you focus on a specific star and then pick cards that will make that particular star go up. That should help improve the rating of your videos!


Where can I get the costume for Inoxtag’s quest?
You can get the guard costume from Edgar, the Geektopia comic store owner, located at the south-east corner of the downtown neighborhood, at the fountain square. Once you get the costume from Edgar, remember to wear it before talking to the guards again to gain access to the laboratory.

I’m stuck on a quest and I can’t seem to find a solution, what should I do?
We have a wonderful community ready to help you. Don’t be shy and post your doubts in the Steam Discussions or head to our Discord server, where other fellow Youtubers and our team will be glad to help you complete that quest that’s giving you trouble.


[h3]KNOWN ISSUES:[/h3] When I finish the last mission and go through the machine, the game gets stuck and Dr. Ermingaut won’t talk. I’m just stuck on the beach.
We have detected this issue and it is currently being worked on for future updates. It is a very rare issue, and if you find yourself in this situation, you can try restarting the game and trying again.


I accidentally pressed kiss while my spouse was asleep, and now time is advancing even past bedtime and I can’t move.
If you wait until 8AM, your spouse will get out of bed and then your character will pass out. However, you won’t wake up until the following day. We have detected this issue and it is currently being patched. It should be fixed in the next update.


I gave Gigi’s AFK plant away, what can I do to get it back?
Gigi’s AFK plant can’t be given away anymore, but if you gave it to someone before the game was updated, you can contact us and send us your save files so we can take a look and fix it for you.


When I upgraded my house, my computer was sent to my storage, and when I put it back the upgrades were gone. What can I do about this?
We have already detected this issue and it is currently being patched in the next update. Meanwhile, to avoid this bug you can move your computer to the center of your current room before upgrading your house in the City Hall or if an NPC moves to your home. Once the new room is created, you can then place your computer back close to the wall.


Other common issues we have detected and are currently being worked on for future updates:

• We have detected that sometimes when you interact with a character, the game freezes and you should wait for your character to pass out at 4:00AM before being able to do anything.
  
• We have noticed that the game may suddenly appear to be cropped and it may show only a part of the screen.
