Fixes
* Fixed a bug where sometimes the Quit button didn't work if you weren't connected to the server
* After 1.5.16, players were always starting with the construction hats the first time they launched the game

Bug Fixes
Fixed the camera issue where looking straight up or down would lead to the screen unpleasantly freaking out.

Miscellaneous
The Chef, Shark, and Propeller hats are now permanent!
Made the "SCROLL JUMP MODE" alert bigger and closer to the center of the screen
Removed the birthday decorations around The Village
Updated the image on the computer in Snell
Made the path out of town much flatter--I think new players were struggling to jump from the bumpy terrain
The snail icons in the top right and bottom right are now a bit bigger
Adjusted some of the text on the left in the menu UI
