New Features
+ Added 14 new avatars, the 'AGENT' collection.
+ Retroactively added the 'Cryptohunter' badge to all of those who played the March 2021 community event

Balance Changes


+ "Alter Logs" can now either work randomly (as before) or can now target one specific operative
+ "Rival Hacker" loses "Alter Logs"
+ "Rival Hacker" loses "doxx and stalk"
+ "Rival Hacker" gains "Harden Node"
+ "Rival Hacker" gains "Jam Network"
+ "Rival Hacker" gains "move hideout"
+ "Rival Hacker" gains new passive skill "Blackmailed Informer"
+ "Rival Hacker" is now a unique spawn
+ Rebalanced 'Rollback' and 'Impartial Sabotage' minimum and maximum number of fake logs

Client Changes

+ New players (LVL + Chat message warnings now highlight the initial "[!]" in yellow. You can also manually type [!] at the beginning of a sentence to have it highlighted.
+ Changed neutral color classes text in 'Encryped notes'
+ Changed icon for 'Topology Knowledge' skill
+ Fixed agent leader cover mistakenly showing in the summary screen when the game ended before D4

Servers Side Changes

+ Fixed a bug that would mistakenly convert a mole into Runaway Snitch when conversion conditions were not met correctly
+ Fixed a bug that would still show enforcer's "sacrifice" messages after he was released from prison due to arrest+conversion on same turn game mechanic.

Known Issues

+ 'Citizen Arrests' charge not refunded when losing the roll with FA when FA uses sting. A hotfix will be uploaded serverside asap in the upcoming days.

Upcoming server maintenance - Sunday, March 21st, 2021

Hello operatives!

There is a small patch coming next weekend (v.1093) and since it won't be retrocompatible with the current client the server will go under maintenance Sunday March 21st roughly from 11:00 UTC to 12:00 UTC (possibly extending until 13UTC)

There will be some balance changes as well as some other under-the-hood minor improvements and maybe some new avatars.

New Features

+ The "Cryptocurrency Heist" in-game event starts today at 18:00UTC! Play and gather clues to find out the code to unlock an exclusive avatar and 20.000 coins! Be aware - there are only 10 codes to be found (for a total of 200000 coins, so pick your investigation crew wisely! Check the store for confidential information later today...
+ Experimental penalties for disconnection: you will now lose 512xp and 512 credits each time you ABANDON a game as a living operative (no penalties for dead/arrested players). Yes, you can level down. I'm sorry for those that get a genuine internet problem, however this is an experimental solution to fight people who disconnect because they don't like their role. This way at least, they will either play, or ask to be lynched (which can then be reported and punished more severely)
+ Added 10 new badges!
+ Added an experimental "expected time wait for next game" when you join a lobby. It may be accurate or not, let me know if my estimations were good :)
+ It is now possible to change your nickname from the Identity Browser

Balance Changes

+ "Denial of Service" no longer leaves a log [Experimental balance change, may be rebalanced soon if it doesn't work well]
+ "Get Scoop" now has a 2 days cooldown [Experimental balance change, may be rebalanced soon if it doesn't work well]
+ Equipped consumables are now shown in the game summary screen

Client Changes

+ Fixed a bug that would not cause the client to reconnect to the chat under certain conditions

+ Experimental improvements in the chat system that should make it more stable (or at least, kick you rather than showing you a blank chat) when timing out
+ Fixed a bug that would soft-lock a player in the "loading..." screen when using "Alter Logs" under certain conditions
+ Fixed a bug that would soft-lock all players in the "loading..." screen when using "Plant Keylogger" under certain conditions
+ Fixed a bug that would allow Doxx to show the real Agent Leader class if used on N3

Hello operatives! There is a small patch coming next weekend (v.1092) and since it won't be retrocompatible with the current client, I'll also take down the server briefly for regular maintenance. You can expect few new badges, the long-requested feature to change your nickname (save up 8k coins in case you're planning to do that) and some small under-the-hood improvements.
