We just released a new mini patch!

This change fixes the following contents:
-Fixed an issue where the description of the doctor's work was incorrect.
-Fixed an issue where F5 (Quick Archive) would get stuck in saving in extreme cases.
-Fixed the problem that auto-save would get stuck.
-Sandbox mode is adjusted to be enabled by default.

-Fixed an issue that tornadoes could be triggered on Easter Island.
-Fixed an issue that the water in the fish pond disappeared.
