Hello community,

I'm currently working hard on improving the performance of KeepUp Survival. Due to significant drops in frame rates, it's crucial to restore performance to a balanced and acceptable level.

It's also important to me that older computers have the opportunity to play this game. Since transitioning from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5, frame rates haven't been at acceptable levels, causing even mid-range PCs to struggle.

I will be introducing a new feature: AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 (FSR 3), which will provide a performance boost for both AMD and Nvidia graphics cards.

Progress is currently a bit slow as I'm also redesigning the website and completing other tasks simultaneously.

Additionally, the Mountain Map is nearing completion and will soon be released.

[h3]Hello KeepUp Survival Community,[/h3]

Today, another update has been implemented, bringing additional improvements and minor changes.

Due to repeated misunderstandings regarding saving and loading in the game, some adjustments have been made. I hope that these changes will lead to a positive outcome.

Here's a brief explanation: When dying in the game, players lose their inventory, which then needs to be retrieved. Many players attempted to bypass this by simply reloading the game. However, this led to the loss of the inventory as no spawn point was set and the inventory could not be restored as it was not collected by the player as intended and was not saved.

I have observed that some Twitch and YouTube streamers also believed that saving was not functioning. This led to frustration, refund requests, and negative reviews. This also deterred many others from playing because who wants to play a game where saving doesn't work? I hope now that this update provides positive prospects for the future and eliminates any misunderstandings.

The following improvements have been made:

- You can now easily reload your game and retrieve your old inventory from the last save point.

- Please note that this only applies to the "Normal" game mode. In "Hard" mode, you are required to retrieve your inventory, or else it will be lost.

Further changes:

- I have been informed that certain items were spawning in the wrong loot boxes. These have now been corrected.

- Additionally, all languages have been revised again to accommodate some text changes.

- Saving and using the admin menu in Boot Camp has been disabled.

- A bug was found in the achievements, now all achievements should work fine.

- The XP allocation has been checked again, problems were found when killing animals. Here the XP award was not counted and is now fixed.
