KeepUp Survival, an extensive update has just been made available. With important problem fixes and improvements in multiplayer mode, as well as other small adjustments, this update is a big step forward.

However, there may still be issues in multiplayer mode, as multiplayer is not yet mature compared to single player mode.

Multiplayer improvements:
One of the standout features of this update is the resolution of multiplayer issues. This ensures that players have a smooth and enjoyable experience when playing with friends or against others.

Currently, there is an issue in multiplayer mode where players cannot use their items as intended. However, these issues only affect teammates and not the host. It works reasonably smoothly in the first-person perspective, but repeated pressing is required in the third-person perspective. Another problem that has been added is the unreliability of hitting items. Work is still underway to get these issues back under control as soon as possible.

HUD misrepresentation fixed:.
The display of the HUD in multiplayer mode has also been corrected. Now players can clearly see all important information without being bothered by unexpected display issues.

For example, the correct display of items that were not always shown correctly to the teammate to create things like an axe.

Minor issues fixed:
In addition to the major multiplayer improvements, minor issues have also been addressed to make the game smoother and more bug-free overall. This means that players will have an even more enjoyable experience.

Loot Boxes in their proper place:
Another highlight of this update is the correction of Loot Boxes that were previously out of place in unexpected places. Now they are back in the right places!

I hope you are well and enjoying your time on KeepUp Survival.

As some of you already know, KeepUp Survival includes an unofficial multiplayer mode. However, this mode has faced significant problems since the engine was changed.

In the past, I've had to make numerous repairs to fix a variety of minor issues. Currently, there is still a persistent problem in multiplayer mode, especially related to the use of axes or torches. It frequently occurs that the client has difficulty picking up these items. They float in the air or simply do not work as intended.

After extensive research, I was able to narrow down this problem and am determined to pursue it further. Interestingly, this problem does not seem to occur on the two smaller cards. If I am wrong and you experience this problem there as well, please let me know.

On the main map, Lost Island, I have noticed that this problem is particularly common when approaching sea water, which is indeed quite strange. At higher elevations, however, this problem does not occur. It seems that several factors overlap here and trigger this problem. If you have had any other experience in this matter, please let me know about it as well.

Furthermore, I would like to tell you in another news how things are going with the Early Access title KeepUp Survival.

I would like to inform you that I have recently performed a small update to make some improvements. I have specifically addressed the issue with the torch and flashlight. In this context, I have revised the keybindings. You can now toggle the flashlight on and off as usual using the F key, but also with the G key. Additionally, you have the option to customize this key to your preferences in the input settings.

I want to point out that there is currently an issue with saving the input settings, although they should normally be saved. This is not working as expected at the moment. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as I work to resolve this issue.
