We're back with another set of updates and fixes to make your experience with our cozy puzzler even better! Check out full patch notes below:

Patch 1.06

Feature Update: Failing both Detective Mummy mini games, where you find the differences and spot objects, will result in highlighting all the missed objects
Fixed lock icon shown on the last 2D puzzle in Harmony's Home
Fixed coloring of highlighted objects in Detective Mummy II
Fixed small visual glitches that affect ambient occlusion effects
Improved visual quality of certain objects shadows
Improved memory optimisations in certain cut scenes

Concept art - characters, level design & inspirations behind Harmony's Odyssey

Hi everyone 👋

We'd like to invite you on a trip through the development process of Harmony's Odyssey and all the funny & weird stuff that was created along the way. Some of these ideas are already implemented in the game, some of them are just rough sketches or simply our artists having fun - which is absolutely crucial for all games with cats. 🐱

[h3]Characters[/h3]

Starting with the main protagonist - Harmony. We wanted to emphasise her go-ahead character mixed with lots of empathy and willingness to help others - because it's absolutely cool to help others. 👐

Now what would a clever little wizard like Harmony need to work her magic and help our lost mythical fellows? The broom! We also played a bit with those and picking up just one was quite a challenge!

While working on Harmony's Odyssey and sharing all the wholesome and funny stuff online, we noticed that you - our players - fell in love with the selfie penguins and dragonmice. Check out some of the early work in progress of these guys:

Now who's the guy with magnifying glass all wrapped in mystery? Presenting the always suspicious Detective Mummy!

One of the first characters we revealed was the mermaid. Always looking glamorous and chilling in the pool, she likes to put her tail up and just relax:

How about the big guys? Apart from knowing how to play the ball, Bulls Football League members need to pack muscle. Check out the Minotaurs and Centaurs representing the opposite teams:

[h3]Level design and architecture[/h3]

Here is one of our favorite levels - the Museum Park. We enjoyed working on this part and hope you noticed some cultural references we were inspired by:

Other level that really stands out is the Airport, inspired by ancient architecture and symbols:

Harmony's Home is a very important part of the game, that we wanted to make as cozy and inviting as possible. Below, you can check some of our super early ideas on this magical space:

You can also see that the screen showcasing the progress and all the unlockables also came a looong way thanks to this doodle-sketch:

Patch 1.05

Hi everyone 👋

We're happy to share that Harmony's Odyssey just received its first regular patch, mainly related to performance ptimizations and some minor bug fixes. Check out full patch notes below:

Reduced the number of rendered small objects on the lowest quality level to improve performance on older, low-end computers
Improved lighting quality on some levels and cutscenes
Fixed the bug where a single item (dagger) was not clickable in Tea Party (Arcade Room)
3D assets optimizations for better performance
Memory and gpu optimizations for better framerate overall
DIscord button added to the main menu

We added a link to our Discord channel that is now available from the main menu screen to help players share their feedback - whether you encountered bugs or just want to share your experience (and chat with us!), we welcome everyone to join 👋
