Creating a brand is a part of building a successful coffee business.
In Espresso Tycoon you can use the brand editor to do that.

It’s very simple, just type the name in the text field.

Use the arrow buttons to choose the logo for your coffee shop.


[h3]CHOOSE THE FONT[/h3]
Use the arrow buttons to change the font for your brand.


[h3]CHOOSE THE COLOR[/h3]
Use different colors and check which one will be the best for your brand.


[h3]CHECK THE CUSTOMERS’ PREFERENCES[/h3]
In the ‘Market Research’ part, you can see how different social groups will react to the brand you chose.

You may have noticed that in Espresso Tycoon you are not able to use all of the decoration items and ingredients at the beginning of the game.



[h3]Research is a way to unlock them.[/h3]

First of all, you need to get the second golden bean to use that feature.



Then you have to click on the research icon to open the proper window.

As you can see, there are two bookmarks - one for the decoration items, and the second one for the ingredients. You can set the priorities of the research in each of them.

For example: if you want to unlock just new plants - you can set it right there. You can also decide how much money you want to spend on it. That will have an impact on the speed of the research.



You will be notified when a new element will be researched and ready to use.



In the research window, you can see all the decoration items and ingredients you unlocked. You can check the progress, change the priorities, or change the budget.

Remember - if you don’t allocate some money there, you will not be able to unlock new elements.



Unlocked items and ingredients can make your business grow faster!



The research feature may be needed in the other parts of the game.

Here’s the example:
In the coffee editor, you can create latte art. But - to use it - you have to unlock the Steamed Milk or Milk Foam first.



You may also accept the challenge based on the research feature. Using it wisely will help you get the award.

[h3]A famous businesswoman lost a billion dollars after visiting ‘Sleepless Nights’ - the most popular coffee shop in the city![/h3]

Rachel Nelson (36) - as usual - was in a hurry. Being her thoughts at the upcoming business meeting, without unnecessary thought, she ordered coffee advertised on the stand - Special Coffee to go.



There would be nothing extraordinary about it, if not for the fact that the Special Coffee she got was - indeed - special ... The coffee consisted of MAYONAISSE, TABASCO, and FISH SAUCE.

It happened by an accident. 'Sleepless Nights’ adds a new coffee recipe to the menu each month. Mark Smith (32), an experienced barista, was responsible for adding Special Coffee in July.



‘I was supposed to add strawberry sauce, cinnamon sauce, and heavy cream. I didn’t notice that my little son, Steve (5), waiting for me to finish my job, changed the labels of the ingredients! - said Mark.



‘When preparing that unfortunate coffee I was very tired... it was my last order that day’ - Mark added.



Do you remember the businesswoman from the first picture?
Rachel was a regular customer of ‘Sleepless Nights’ so she didn’t expect anything out of ordinary. She decided to order Special Coffee.



The most shocking fact about this whole situation is that Rachel actually ENJOYED her coffee! She even gave a positive review!



Unfortunately, after drinking the new recipe she got stuck in the toilet for a good while. As we know from an anonymous friend of Rachel, due to that, she missed her business meeting and the deal wasn't concluded. That was a billion-dollar loss for Rachel Nelson!

To make up for this mistake, the coffee shop gave her a lifetime discount.
"I regret nothing" - said Rachel.
