Public Preview Build - Steam Deck Touchscreen Support & more
Some of you have reported that the LEGO Builder's Journey touchscreen controls are not working on Steam Deck, as it does natively on Windows 10/11. Thanks to a player, we also received a report regarding issues between LEGO Builder's Journey and Intel Arc series 7 graphics cards.
We want you to enjoy LEGO Builder's Journey, which is why our team worked to rolling out a preview build to fully support touch input on Steam Deck and support for Intel Arc series 7 graphics cards.
We've setup a separate branch on Steam called “preview - Public preview branch” that allows you to download this upcoming update and play LEGO Builder's Journey with touchscreen controls on Steam Deck and running our game on Intel Arc series 7 GPU.
Note that we have not completed our full round of quality assurance testing on this build, so there could be instances of instability that we have not identified yet. Still, if you're willing to help, please download this new build and let us know how it goes on the Technical Support forum.

- In your Steam library, right click on “LEGO Builder's Journey” and select “Properties”
- Select the “BETAS” tab
- Change the drop-down to “preview - Public preview branch”
If you do not see the branch in your drop-down, please restart your Steam client.

- In your Steam library, right click on “LEGO Builder's Journey” and select “Properties”
- Select the “BETAS” tab
- Change the drop-down to ‘none’
[h2]Patch Notes[/h2]- Optimized Graphics Settings - Low, Medium, High settings now use adjusted settings, for improved performance and image quality.
- Adjustments for ray traced reflections and ambient occlusion.
- Support for Intel A770 graphics cards. (Ray traced reflections use slightly different settings on A770)
- Touch input for Steam Deck.
- Minor material adjustments on a few levels.
