[p][/p][p]Hello Survivors,[/p][p][/p][p]This is the DARKEST DAYS.[/p][p][/p][p]The new multiplayer content, Coal Tomb Power Plant (Conquest Mode), was introduced with the update on October 15 (Wed) and is currently in its early trial phase.[/p][p][/p][p]Since before its release, we’ve received a tremendous amount of anticipation, feedback, and support from many Survivors — and we sincerely thank you for your enthusiasm toward this new mode.[/p][p][/p][p]This content was developed and released quickly to introduce a new PVP experience beyond the traditional farming-focused gameplay. As this is an early-stage version of the mode, we recognize that there are several areas that require adjustment and improvement. All departments within the DARKEST DAYS team are actively monitoring community feedback and in-game data in real-time, while also reviewing the collected play metrics to determine the best path forward.[/p][p][/p][p]Recently, the player feedback we’ve received seems to be focused on these two main concerns:[/p]

1. [p]Difficulty in matchmaking due to the revised schedule for Casual and Guild Conquest modes[/p]
2. [p]Frustration over the Guild Conquest ranking system, which seems to overly reward repetitive play rather than skills and winning[/p]

[p]Below is a detailed explanation regarding these points:[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h3]Concerns Regarding Casual/Guild Conquest Schedule Changes[/h3][p][/p][p]The schedule adjustments introduced in the 0.23.3 update were made to improve accessibility for global players in different regions all around the world.[/p][p]By modifying the schedule, we aimed to allow more Survivors to participate in at least one or two Conquest sessions during their local play hours.[/p][p][/p][p]Please understand that this adjustment was part of our broader efforts to ensure that more Survivors from all different regions can experience and enjoy the Conquest Mode. [p][/p][p]Hello Survivors,[/p][p][/p][p]This is the DARKEST DAYS.[/p][p][/p][p]We have received a few reports regarding the new Season 5 Community Pass (added with update 0.23.2), that pass levels purchased via "Pass Instant Level Up" were not increasing the levels as it should have.[/p][p][/p][p]After investigating the reported issue, we identified the cause and completed a fix, which was applied with the latest build, 0.23.3, released on Wed, 10/22. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unexpected issue.[/p][p][/p][p]We are currently performing restoration work for Survivors who experienced this problem. The restoration will proceed as outlined below, and once it is complete, we will provide another update through this notice.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]\[Planned Restoration Approach][/h3][p]- Re-adjust Community Pass levels based on the exact number of Red Diamonds spent via "Pass Instant Level Up".[/p][p]- If you spent more Red Diamonds than required to reach Community Pass Level 40, the excess Red Diamonds will be sent to you via in-game mail.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Once again, we sincerely apologize to the Survivors affected by this issue.
