Patch 2.1.0

Patch 2.1.0 is now live!

New content:
• New Killer - Sheet-man! He can be purchased with Propcoins, and for the first period there will be a 50% discount
• New map - Village! The map will have a tripled chance of appearing in Quick Play

Changes:
• Balance - now, instead of giving Killer 500 coins for each repaird Propmachine, the calculation will be done according to a new dynamic formula that gradually increases the number of coins for each repaired Propmachine and decreases it for each lost Survivor. This should make the balance more fair in matches with players of uneven experience levels
• Multiplayer - ‘Victory’ and ‘Defeat’ have been replaced with more appropriate descriptions of the outcome depending on the situation
• Multiplayer - Killer will now get 5 MMR when Last Survivor escapes instead of losing 30 MMR
• Last Survivor - during the Last Survivor mode common items will not appear in Chest, and coins will spawn in the map 2 times more often
• Last Survivor - now the player who is Last Survivor receives 5 additional propcoins if they win
• House - rebalance of some rooms and Propmachine locations
• Poisoned Knife - reduced the number of charges from 10 to 7
• Yellow Jar - now when Yellow Jar is thrown at a Killer, they will no longer drop Survivor
• Propmachine - reduced the range of Propmachine repair sound to the same range as the main sound of the Propmachine
• Hypnochair - now when a Survivor saves themselves using Lockpick, they will not have the immortality effect
• Settings - returned the ‘Distract with sound’ hotkey

Fixes:
• Killers - fixed that if a Survivor breaks out of Killer’s hands, the ‘Drop’ hint remained on the screen
• Granny - fixed that there was no sound notification when hitting a Survivor with Mine ghost knife
• Impostor - fixed chase music not stopping
• Survivors - fixed that sometimes it was possible to jump without spending stamina
• Tools - fixed legendary Tools being usable while on cooldown
• Hypnochair - fixed that Killer could put Survivor in a Hypnochair through the walls
• Closable Doors - fixed that Closable doors could be used while Survivor is on Hypnochair
• UI Tab - fixed that sometimes players could be displayed as dead and as Nickname instead of their name
• Miscellaneous - fixed a possible reason for the game sometimes not being able to start for some players
• Minor fixes to maps, UI, and localization

Patch 2.0.4

Patch 2.0.4 is now live!

Changes:
• Customization - now Taiga’s legendary Little Tigress skin and other elements of the set can be unlocked by opening Propbox
• Lobby - now the game will remember the last character that you played as and highlight them when you enter the lobby
• Impostor - changed Impostor’s prop form speed calculation, and now it will be 4% faster than Survivors’
• Impostor - now, when switching to prop form, Hunt level will not be reset right away, but will slightly speed up the prop while decreasing gradually
• Impostor - now the nickname of the Survivor, whom Impostor disguised as, will be shown over Impostor’s head
• Impostor - now Impostor can use Overload in any form
• Igor - now when Charge is fully spent, it will not be blocked until full restoration
• Banshee - the delay between Flight uses was reduced from 0.4 to 0.3 sec
• Poisoned Knife - now poison will no longer interrupt Survivors’ ongoing actions, but it will also not give them a speed boost when they take damage from it

Fixes:
• Killers - fixed Killer flying up into the air if they were on top of a Survivor in prop form while they were turning back into their human form
• Killers - fixed Killer’s speed remaining slow after the Survivor whom they were carrying left the game
• Survivors/Impostor - fixed that Survivors and Impostor could not sprint if they pressed on sprint and turned around while walking backward
• Survivors - fixed that Survivor could get stuck in Hypnochair while saving another Survivor
• Survivors - fixed that if a Survivor started helping another Survivor who almost completed Self-reanimation to get up, the latter Survivor’s controls would get blocked
• Survivors - fixed that spamming the key to help Survivor to get up could break this action
• Yellow Jar/Glue Jar - fixed that they were able to stun the Killer who was already putting a Survivor in Hypnochair
• Building Set - fixed that Barricades could be built out of map’s bounds
• Hypnochair - fixed that Survivors could get stuck in Hypnochair if before them being freed the Killer, who was right in front of the Hypnochair, was stunned
• Exit Doors - fixed Killers not being able to pick up Survivors who were close to Exit Doors
• Chest - fixed a picked up item sometimes not showing in the inventory
• Chest - fixed that the item choice window sometimes would not close
• Voice lines - fixed Fart not having a sound when Survivor was on Hypnochair
• Miscellaneous - fixed possible reasons for losing connection during a match and also fixed that after losing connection it was possible to continue hearing voice chat from the match
• Minor fixes to gameplay, sounds, and UI

Patch 2.0.3

Patch 2.0.3 is now live!

Changes:
• Castle - added and rearranged some static objects and props in the map to improve the balance
• Akasha - Akasha will now slow down after Blade Dance like after her regular attack
• Akasha - Axe no longer allows Blade Dance to break Closable Doors and Wooden Barricades in one hit
• Poisoned Knife - charges will no longer be wasted if Survivor loses all health on hit
• Poisoned Knife - increased the price from 1500 to 1750
• Boots of Speed - increased the price from 1500 to 1750
• Lightning Ball - increased the price from 1000 to 1500
• Bloody Shard - reduced the price from 1250 to 1000
• Leather Gloves - increased the price from 1000 to 1250
• Leather Gloves - increased Survivor carrying speed bonus from 10% to 15%
• Survivors - Survivors will now receive +10% movement speed after getting a melee attack and +5% movement speed after a ranged attack. If HP is below 20, then bonus to speed is multiplied by 2
• Survivors - Survivors will no longer make the sound of landing on their feet after turning from a prop form back to a human if they were standing on the ground
• Camera - reduced the stun sound effect
• Building Set - now the Wooden Barricades that were hit by moving Closable Doors will break
• Hypnochair - now when a Killer deals damage with the main attack to a Survivor who is trying to save another Survivor from a Hypnochair, the process of rescuing them will be interrupted
• UI Tab - Killers can no longer see Survivors’ scores during matches

Fixes:
• Farm, Abbey, Camp, School - blocked places where it was impossible to get Survivors, fixed some issues with collisions
• Killers - fixed a lot of hit particles being created when hitting multiple objects
• Killers - fixed Killers sometimes being able to walk through the Closable Doors that have just been closed
• Killers - fixed that Killers could use their abilities while messaging in the text chat
• Granny - fixed particle and sound playing twice when Granny threw her knife
• Props - fixed that props could move slowly under certain conditions
• Chest - fixed that after buying and picking up an item the hotkey for buying did not appear again
• Helmet - fixed that if Helmet is thrown before Killer hits the effect of Helmet would work, but Helmet itself would not be wasted
• Building Set - fixed being able to build inside Closable Doors and above Propmachines
• UI Main Menu - fixed Alt+F4 not working in the main menu
• UI Points - fixed incorrect messages about getting points for Killers
• UI Chat - fixed that opened chat would not be closed via Esc
• Minor fixes and improvements for gameplay, UI, and localization

Patch 2.0.2 is now live!

Changes:
• Multiplayer - improved Killer hit registration depending on ping
• Farm - removed stones and tumbleweed, removed a strong loop in the hay under the shed
• House - limited the Killer’s view near the Propmachine in the billiard room, lowered the height of the bookshelves in the middle of the library
• Abbey - rebalanced the hedge, removed one of the benches that prevented Killers from going through
• Camp - rebalanced gazebos
• Killers - now the Killer’s terror radius will not be heard on different floors of the map
• Killers - increased terror radius by 25%
• Banshee - can no longer glide in the air
• Banshee - returned the even calculation of Flight charges consumption
• Impostor - reduced stamina consumption while sprinting in Survivor form by 11%
• Akasha - Blade Dance now has a 1.33 second cooldown before Akasha being able to do her regular attack
• Akasha - reduced Blade Dance range by 6%
• Killers - increased stun immunity time after being stunned from 3 to 3.5 seconds
• Killer Store - updated appearance
• Killer Store - increased the number of Stores in each map to 2
• Hammer, Cryosphere, and Poisoned Knife - these items now have 10 charges, and upon spending the charges the item is destroyed
• Cryosphere - increased item price from 1250 to 1500
• Survivors - now, after being saved from Hypnochair, Survivor will have the effect of immortality for 5 sec instead of 1 hit
• Survivors - now the Survivor who was rescued from the ground will not have the effect of immortality for 1 hit
• Survivors - now the Survivor who self-reanimates will have 60 health points
• Tools - increased the duration from 8/12/16/20 to 12/16/20/20 with cooldown
• Jar of Glue - increased the radius of effect from 1.8 to 2 m
• Audio - added a stun sound from Camera
• Audio - added a sound of cooldown completion of legendary Survivor items
• UI Create game - now, when you open the Create game window, the list of maps is visible immediately

Fixes:
• Killers - fixed hitting props, Closable Doors, and Wooden Barricades being difficult to hit
• Impostor - fixed an exploit which allowed Impostor in Survivor form to move faster while running backward
• Impostor - fixed that, when approaching Killer Store in prop or Survivor form, an unused hotkey for buying items would pop up
• Survivors - fixed sprint not speeding up if used right after taking damage
• Survivors - fixed Survivor not being able to save another Survivor from the Hypnochair immediately after the save hotkey appearing on the screen
• Chest - fixed items disappearing if two Survivors bought items at the same time
• Chest - fixed that there was no notification about a legendary item appearing in the Chest
• Chest - fixed that sometimes the item selection window would not close when moving
• Chest - fixed that it was possible to use inventory items when the item selection window was open
• Chest - fixed various bugs related to buying items immediately after exiting building mode
• Hypnochair - fixed that after the Survivor who was put in Hypnochair left the game using Alt+F4, the Hypnochair would not disappear, and remained blocked
• Controller - fixed controller not working in lobby
• Settings - fixed radio volume not being adjusted by master volume
