Spring has sprung on Ikonei Island! 🏝️ As winter's chill melts away and nature begins to stir, there's no better place to embrace the vibrant spirit of spring than on the Island.

For a limited time, from February 29th until March 14th, you'll be able to find special bottled recipes scattered around the island bodies of water. There are 16 new beautiful decorations to be found and crafted, from a Frog Umbrella to a Bibi-decorated book stack! 🌸 Embark on a journey of discovery and wonder as you welcome in the embrace of spring's timeless beauty.

Hello there, Castaways! 🏝️

So, as you probably noticed, Ikonei Island had a bit of a rocky start here on Steam. Some sneaky bugs managed to slip through the cracks despite all the testing we threw at it. We took that hard, but stepped up and have been hustling to squash those issues.

On the upside, we've managed to roll out not one but two seasonal updates – Lystide during the 2023 Holiday season and, today, Lunar New Year. We really hope you're enjoying the new stuff and grabbing those goodies.

Now, here's the real talk. It's clear to us that there are more improvements that we need to deliver, many inspired by the amazing feedback we have had from your guys. We have things we need to do to make sure the game really delivers on its potential. That's why we're holding off a bit on the PlayStation and Xbox releases. We're working on it and getting extremely close! The updates include significant improvements to usability (UX/UI), onboarding as well as more seasonal content!



We were hoping to announce a confirmed release date today, but we don't want to make promises until everything's locked down. Console releases are like putting together a complex puzzle, and we're making sure all the pieces fit just right.

We know many of you will be super disappointed, but we're not about to deliver anything less than awesome. The improvements and new content we've thrown your way so far are just a glimpse of what's coming. Our aim is to launch on console with all the upgrades and cool stuff by the end of March.
We will share a much more detailed breakdown of the improvements (coming to PC as well) and a confirmed release date in the next few weeks.

In the meantime, here is a small taste of what some of the new UI assets will look like - let us know what you think!
