Some of you may know this already, but we want to make it official:

We will probably have the first map ready for you in a span of a month or two, but we wanted to make sure that you know: these will be added for sure and for free. :)

[h3]Our game is released for over two weeks now! [/h3]

We are very satisfied with how you seem to enjoy WW2 Rebuilder and we are thankful for all the feedback and reports. There are some issues that come up from your reviews and messages that we note and work on.

Here are some of the new things we managed to fix and add this week:

[h2]Patch notes:[/h2]

• Loading time
  We decreased loading times for our game.
  For those who encounter any stuck during load to main menu for longer then 1-2 min please:
  - Hit Alt+Enter to check if problem is not related to Fullscreen resolution mode. We confirmed that on systems below Windows 10.
  - Alternatively please try running game from Rebuilder.exe file directly in administrator mode.
  
• Ladders
  Fix for potential stuck when climb the ladders.
  
• Dunkirk
  Prevented issues when attachable vehicles would shrink on connect action. If it occurs please reset QWERTY (or appropriate) bindings in Game Settings.
  Dunkirk building site area check size reduced to prevent possible block of the progress.
  Fix for some props that would re-spawn after map load
  
• Essen
  Re-designed factory elements that require transport to collect zone.
  
• London
  Increased size of cut decals on airplane that is require to be cut.
  
• Lympne
  Wing flaps are now available to be craft or build in the workshop table.
  
• Necropolis
  Fix for providing data to clerk task.
  
• Binding
  Additional re-binding options are now available.
  
• Translation
  Translation fixes for German and French localization. Thank you every for reporting those to us! We highly appreciate that. Our community is amazing \o/
  

Additionally if you still encounter load crashes or hang please try following:

• Add game to exception folder in Windows Defender Firewall
  
• Temporarily disable antivirus software other that Windows Defender
  
• Restart your computer
  
• Clear download Cache in Steam App
• Verify Integrity of Game Files
• Run game. Possibly reinstalling might give results as we received a lot of reports that files being moved into quarantine by additional non built-in windows application during installation and game couldn't be launched. We also strongly suggest to have game installed on SSD drive.

We prepared a next update to WW2 Rebuilder that includes various fixes.

But first we want to point out a few troubleshooters for situations when game get closed right after start or during a first loading screen. In such case we suggest the following:

1. Add game to exception folder in Windows Defender Firewall
   
2. Temporarily disable antivirus software other that Windows Defender
   
3. Restart your computer
   
4. Clear download Cache in Steam App
5. Verify Integrity of Game Files
6. Run game
   

We also strongly suggest to have game installed on SSD drive.

Additionally we have 2 emergency options when physics make you stuck somwhere:

• 'Unstuck' button under pause menu that will get you back to last saved position
  
• 'Unstuck to starting point' - when first doesn't help just Save&Quit map, Load the level again and do NOT move, just press 'ESC' and hit 'Unstuck' to be moved back to starting point of character.
  

[h2]Patch notes:[/h2]

• FRenderThreadScope crash
  Possible fix to crash happening during Alt-Tab of the game.
  
• Autosaves improvements
  Fixed several issues with autosaves that could lead to game crash.
  
• Dunkirk
  Fixed situation when dragged car to parking lot for dismantle after re-load would be still visiable
  Prevent possibility of dragged objects being throw away into the ocean.
  
• Controller
  Fix preventing mouse cursor jumping in front while playing with controller

First 10 days of WW2 Rebuilder being out were quite amazing! We have over 300 reviews and 91% of them are positive! We are really happy with the reception of our game but we're aware of the flaws it has and we've been preparing fixes for this update.

We prepared a next to WW2 Rebuilder.

[h2]Patch notes below:[/h2] [h3]But first we have huge request to everyone, after you update the game please perform Verify Integrity of Game Files. We receive reports it solves a lot of random issues. Thank you!

• Added 'Vehicle Respawn' button to pause menu.
  It will move all vehicles to their starting point and detach connected item in case of any issues.
  
• Game Loading TIme (we are still working on that)
  We provide potential improvement of loading time. We also verified cases where external antivirus applications could prevent game from loading or extend load time tremendously. Please verify on your end by temporarily removing it to see if helps. We also suggest to keep the game on SSD drive whenever it's possible.
  
• Essen
  Reworked collision and physics in factory to avoid possible issues while dragging out task objects
  
• Dunkirk
  Solved issue where objects attached to jeep loose interaction after Save/Load of the level.
  Reduced required wrecked count from 12 to 8 for in "Toy away the wrecks" task
  
• London
  Prevent possibility of moving rubble away from a bus hole that would block progress
  Fixed issues with a filled bus hole where parts of airplane could disappear near it's location
  Airplane wreckage fixes for easier behavior of airplane during removing it from construction site
  
• Lympne
  Possible fix for painting parking lanes where it doesn't allow to finish task
  Added additional notifications for repair tables
  
• Achievements
  Fixed issues with not unlocking 5 stars achievements
  
  
• Fixed situation when some of the intractable objects would re-spawn after reload
  
• Increased FOV range in settings for wider monitors support
  
• Belfast crane steering description revised
  
• Repaired issues with the connector building on Dunkirk that could reappear visually after Load
  
• Prevent mission items to available for sell/dismantle in the Workshop
  
• Fixed various collectable materials that couldn't be collected with a Hand Tool
  
• Fixed not properly displaying message about received Ability Points
  
• Korean translation fixes to the in-game shortcuts
  
• Reduced audio volume for map intro cut-scenes
  
• Minor fixes and improvements
  

NOTE: please keep in mind that Steam App will require additional temporal disc space equal game size to perform the patch which is cleared afterwards. We will be solving that inconvenience with patching soon.
