We are SO back!

After a rough year, when the whole industry was on the edge of a black hole, we were too. But we’ve shaken it off and come back stronger than ever, ready to bring more updates and content as we work to finish Colonize!

This is our biggest update yet — one we’ve been working on for quite some time.
It’s not a content update, but a technical one, where we’ve fixed over 50 bugs (some small, some big), and completely redesigned the NavMesh and AI pathfinding!

Colonize - Update 0.3.0

Unity Engine Update: Upgraded from Unity 2022.3.26 to 2022.3.60, bringing numerous bug fixes and performance improvements.

Revamped AI Navigation Mesh: Completely redesigned. NavMesh now updates dynamically during construction, no need to pause the game. Faster and smoother gameplay!

Main Menu Improvements: Fixed issues that caused problems for some players. Hopefully, this improves stability and loading.

Plymouth Map Optimization: Fully reviewed and optimized for better performance and smoother gameplay.

General Performance Optimization: Improved overall performance, especially on lower-end PCs.

Bug Fixes: Fixed settlers getting stuck near buildings during navigation and construction.
