After the Nov. 6 (Wed) scheduled maintenance, sales of gacha tickets and products have ceased.

As the system is changed so that users can obtain related Mates by proceeding with an Admiral’s Chronicle,the December scheduled maintenance will change the Chronicle and Memoir rewards.

The rewards will become the same as those of the KR server. Please see below for more details.

We have checked the issue and confirmed that starting the game fails on Steam with an error message saying 'Failed to authenticate.'

You can play the game without the error on FLOOR and on mobile on AOS and iOS.

- Please update the game to the latest version released after the Nov. 6 (Wed) scheduled maintenance.
- If the same error occurs on the latest version, please contact Support with detailed information.
