We have confirmed an error where the ‘Yan Shiqi’ Mate was equipped with two A Grade Gear when obtained using the ‘Yan Chest’ Pick-Up gacha mechanic, which started on Mar. 15 (Wed) 00:00 (UTC+9).

Therefore, these Gears will be retrieved and replaced with Base Gear.

Details on Replacing Relevant Gear with Base Gear

- Gear to be Retrieved: The 2 Gears that are equipped when Yan Shiqi is acquired through Pick-Up – Yan Shiqi's Attire and Yan Shiqi's Guanmao
- Retrieval Date: Gear will be retrieved all at once and replaced with Base Gear during the March scheduled maintenance
* Even if you equip the relevant Gear to another Mate, the Gear will still be replaced with Base Gear.
* The issue where the Yan Shiqi Gear icon is not displayed will also be fixed during the March scheduled maintenance.

We identified an issue where the wrong rewards were available for the Mate Pass, which was a product that was added through the Mar. 14 (Tue) temporary maintenance.

Consequently, the sale of the product was quickly suspended.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that was caused by this issue.

As many Admirals showed much support for the Mate Pass during the short time it was available to purchase,

we have decided to sell the Mate Pass for a limited period of time instead of changing the product despite the fact that the incorrect rewards were of a higher level than the correct rewards.

The Mate Pass is a Privilege product that gives rewards based on players’ total days at seas to help them with their growth,

and was designed to be necessary for all Admirals who play Uncharted Waters Origin.

So that we can help our global Admirals enjoy Uncharted Waters Origin even more, the Mate Pass will be available to purchase for a limited period of time until Mar. 29 (Wed).

Changes to Mate Pass Sales Period

1. Affected Product: Mate Pass
2. Sales Period: After the patch on Mar. 14 (Tue) – Until before the Mar. 29 (Wed) maintenance (UTC+9)
*A set number of game play hours is needed to obtain all the conditional rewards of the Mate Pass.

As the product will no longer be available to purchase after the Mar. 29 (Wed) maintenance, please make sure you have enough time to play for the rewards before purchasing the product.
