"STARNAUT" is a roguelike action game that launched in early access on February 14. Players take on the role of "STARNAUT," Earth's last astronaut, as he knocks out enemies invading endlessly from the multiverse.

Today, we have updated the game with following details.

Implemented a link that forwards you to the leaderboard page from the game launcher.
Added Simplified Chinese version of the post-ending bonus novel.
Fixed some minor bugs.

Added a link that forwards you to the community's leaderboard page on the game launcher.
From this update, the leaderboard is now officially available.
There is no reset for the leaderboard by this update.

[h3]・About Simplified Chinese version of the post-ending bonus novel[/h3]
We apologise for the delay of implementing this.
Now you can download Simplified Chinese version of the novel from the game launcher after beating game same as English or Japanese version.

Today, we have updated the game with following details.

・Update detail
[h3]Implemented the test version of the leaderboard feature[/h3]
[h3]Changed the CUSTOM setting of key config[/h3]

・About the test version of the leaderboard feature
This is the feature to recreate the leaderboard which existed back in Xbox360/PS3.
From the second run of the game, the score will be shown after clearing the level in every chapter.
That score will be displayed on the leaderboard of the Steam community and the players are able to compete each other with their scores.

This time, we have implemented the test version so our team can experiment and investigate to release the official version.
Caution: this is the test version hence the score might not be able to show up with the correct numbers or the test leaderboard may reset without notice. Please note this as a caution.


・About the change of the key config setting
The current key configuration can change the keys which are only used in the battle in game. However, we got the request to make the key config setting to be able to change every key.
Therefore, in this update we made the setting to be able to change the key for all game pad buttons.
Also at the same time, if you play with the keyboard, pressing ”Option” - “Control” -“Custom” can turn on the feature to swap the buttons.

Due to addition of these updates above, we recommend to do the following set up for those who were already using the custom key config setting.
1. Set up the keys that you were using previously before this update to the buttons.
2. Inside of the game, set up in each ”Option” - “Control” -“Custom”.

Regarding Simplified Chinese subtitles support
To all of El Shaddai fans from China, we are finally here!
We added Simplified Chinese subtitles on the game.
As same as other language, you can set the subtitles from option menu inside of the game.

Regarding the keyboard support
You asked and now you shall receive, the keyboard input is now supported for the game!
Keyboard configuration can only be changed on the game launcher screen.
The default setting can be checked from the manual.
