Today kicks off the 2023 First Annual Goldy Awards, showcasing the best community-made content in HUMANITY. We’ve put together a collection of 100 stages across 10 different categories. Play the game, rate and favorite your picks, and help us celebrate these fantastic creations. The ultimate winners for each category will be determined by a combination of gameplay data, selection by the Enhance Community Team, and social media voting. The creators of the winning entries will receive a physical Shiba and Goldy figure set!

[h3]CATEGORIES[/h3]
The first five categories are available as playlists inside USER STAGES now:

• BEST PUZZLE STAGE
  
• BEST PUZZLE (START SWITCH) STAGE
  
• BEST FOLLOW STAGE
  
• BEST DIFFICULT STAGE
  
• MOST INNOVATIVE STAGE

An additional five categories will be available starting on December 29, 2023:

• BEST HOMAGE / ADAPTATION STAGE
  
• ACHIEVEMENT IN ARTISTIC DESIGN
  
• BEST PLATFORMING STAGE
  
• BEST OTHERS STAGE
  
• BEST MACHINES STAGE

Each group will be available as in-game playlists for a week.

[h3]ELIGIBILITY[/h3]
The Enhance Community Team / Goldy Awards committee considered and determined the shortlist of 10 stages per category from the available playable stages as of December 20, 2023. If a nominated stage is removed, edited, or altered in any way, it may no longer be eligible.

[h3]JUDGING & VOTING[/h3]
Starting January 5, 2024, four finalists in each category will be announced each weekday (for a total of 10 days for 10 categories) via social media at x.com/humanitygame. The community will have 3 days to vote via the poll posted for each category. The two groups of 5 categories will rotate through the in-game playlists again. The current category will be featured as an in-game playlist on its polling day.

Nominees and finalists are determined through a combination of gameplay data (players, favorites, ratings, etc.) and Enhance Community Team selection. Social media voting will only be used as an additional factor alongside those to select the ultimate winner of each category.

Winning stages will be announced via stream on January 24, 2024 at twitch.tv/EnhanceExperience. Winning creators must contact Enhance at [email protected] and confirm their identity by March 1, 2024 to receive a physical award.

A set of 1 Shiba and 1 Goldy statue with the winner’s stage and category etched into it and a customized thank you card.

HUMANITY now features Steam Trading Cards and Points Shop Items! As you play HUMANITY, you'll unlock new cards, or hop into the Points Shop and purchase profile backgrounds and emoticons from your favorite action-puzzle game.
