We apologize for the slowing down of development, over the course of the last few months, I have been struck with many unfortunate events that have taken my time and energy. A family member passed away due to cancer, and my home is having major foundation issues. The latter is still taking my attention as I am trying to fix it before the winter, so development will still be slow for a while. Thank you all for sticking with us and being patient!

Added a cooldown to Excidios supercharge
