Heya friends of Lana and Mui,

it's been a while! After the release of Planet of Lana, we took some time to regain some composure. A release like Planet of Lana is a really exciting and exhausting affair, and especially when (like for us) it's the very first release of a video game ever.

We continue to get so much positive feedback from you, and we are really grateful for that. We are really proud of what we have created with Planet of Lana. ❤️

Last update here on Steam was on May 30, but we have not sat back and done nothing since then. One of our special concerns was to make Planet of Lana accessible to even more players, so we added 11 languages to the 11 we have so far. This makes a total of 22 languages now supported by Planet of Lana.

Here is the full change log of the 1.0.8.0 update:

Dear friends of Lana and Mui,

It’s been 6 days since we pushed our little birdie out of the nest and the response from you, the fans, has been nothing short of overwhelming to this humble crew of first time game makers.

Not sure exactly how to put our gratitude into words except for to say a massive, heartfelt THANK YOU from everyone of us here at Wishfully and Thunderful. The absolute outpouring of love and support our game has received since release has been nothing short of remarkable.

It’s also worth mentioning that we appreciate ALL the feedback that we’ve been getting, including the one pointing out areas that could do with improvement; we are really eager for that honest, constructive feedback so we can make sure we keep learning and growing into our next project, whatever it may be.

That being said, now that we have a really good amount of active players out there, there have been some bugs that have surfaced since release as well as other requests for features and accessibility options.

On Friday the 26th of May we released a patch that fixed some of these bugs as well as introduced Ultra Wide support up to 20:9. Screens wider than that unfortunately will show some graphical glitches and bugs and we are working on a fix for this.

Going forward, we will address the following issues as soon as we can:

• Auto-scroll menu bug
  
• Other various bugs that have surfaced
  
• Re-bindable controls
  
• Performance optimizations.
  
• Ultra wide support for screens wider than 20:9.
  
• More accessibility options are coming

Reading through the feedback we receive and the reviews by you and the press, such a big number of you praise Planet of Lana for its "lovely", "fantastic" or "incredible" soundtrack. Of course, we are extremely happy about that, but in the end, the credit for the soundtrack does not go to us.
