Before you dive into the latest demo for Steam Next Fest, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news: Minds Beneath Us, which has been in development for over four years since its inception during our university days, is finally nearing completion. We are confident that we will soon present the full game to you in its ideal form. The official release date will be announced shortly, so please stay tuned for our updates!

Minds Beneath Us carries many of our hopes and expectations:

To make the game feel natural and lively, we've brought the Asian city we're familiar with to the game stage, imagining a dystopian near-future where artificial intelligence has become pervasive, replacing many jobs.

With meticulous settings and vivid details, we've designed the in-game dialogue choices to be set in realistic environments, allowing players to form deeper connections with diverse characters.

Using a blend of 2D and 3D scenes, detailed hand-drawn animations, and dynamic camera work, we aim to create a cinematic experience even in a side-scrolling game.

Our core focus remains on delivering a fun and engaging experience while telling a thought-provoking story.

The new stage in this DEMO includes a part of the story from the later part of the game, and its playtime is around 20 minutes. We hope you enjoy it.

The annual Steam event LudoNarraCon is back! Players who enjoy narrative games should pay close attention!
Apart from the opportunity to try out many upcoming games, there will also be numerous classic narrative games with overwhelmingly positive reviews participating in discounted activities!

Finally, we apologize for keeping the players waiting for Minds Beneath Us for so long, but we're finally approaching the game's release date!
In brief, the game is currently scheduled to be launched in Q3 of this year. We have entered the final stage of production, with the game itself and text translations already completed. We are now working on fine-tuning music, sound effects, and the final touches on artwork.

We will soon announce the specific release date and will simultaneously reveal the latest game trailer! Stay tuned for more updates!

Furthermore, taking this opportunity, we have made some fine-tuning to the demo and added Japanese language support. Currently, the demo version of Minds Beneath Us supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese. We hope that more players can enjoy it.
