Have you been out in the garden today? The patch plants have grown some little patch fruits, and it's time to harvest them!

Let's take a look at these juicy new changes:

• Reconsider card bug fixed (and likely other similar cards)
  
• We know you want to jump the gun and smooch the mystery man, but patience is a virtue – "Ask for a date" in Magic Man’s interaction menu is disabled until both the mirror and rift quests are completed
  
• Removed “Give shard“ option from Magic Man’s menu when he’s not in his hut, because Fishbo Jr was taking the delivery and he's not responsible enough
  
• Winter exteriors for recently added homes, so now all your houses can be cute and snowy
  
• Added “Get Rocked“ exploration ability icon above stamina bar for Chiminea

There's a ton of pool and party-related cosmetics in this update, so let's get to the part where I do a big long list:

As you can tell, a lot of these items are perfect to decorate the outside of your home – perhaps you want to set up a cute little poolside resort, or a lounge area next to the lake? Personally, I'm excited about the Snorcko Floatie. It's adorable, and I love my snorkel boi.

As for patch notes, it's a bit dry this time – we've been quite busy launching a game on Switch, if you didn't already know!

So, for now, here are some bug fixes:

• Clicking on the invisible top menu bar while some other window is on the screen no longer causes the control hints to blink rapidly
  
• Disabled “I shouldn't destroy town property“ notification – you totally can destroy town property now, so this was just making people feel bad
  
• Removed outline effect from the text that is shown at the end of fishing minigame, because it was not readable in other languages
  
• Increased width for “Select an item to put into the picture frame“ text, since it was truncated in some languages
  

And that's all for today, pool pals! Writing this update post made me very sad that I don't have a pool, so I'm going to go spray myself down with a hose. It's basically the same, right?

And now, please welcome to the stage: you know her, you love her, it's... POOOOOL PARTYYYYYY!

(The audience goes wild as a 7 foot tall drag queen named Pool Party steps onto the stage in platform heels. She is wearing sunglasses and a tiny bikini, and her wig is made of pool noodles. She begins to lip-sync to Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffett.)

That's right! Our next DLC is on its way, and this one's a little bit different... because it's FREE for EVERYONE.

It's called Pool Party, and in case you can't guess, it's themed around summertime swimmin'. We've got towels. We've got floaties shaped like Snorcko. We've got actual, in-ground pools that you can swim in. It's a bathing bonanza!

Just remember the rules: no diving, no running, and no peeing. The P in pool should only be in its name, thanks.

Even better news: we're launching the Pool Party FREE DLC on PC this Thursday, 27th June, just in time for the beginning of summer!



We also have our NEXT update in the works, and I know I say this ALL THE TIME, but I think this one is game-changing. Get excited, pals.

We've changed the name of a couple of our DLCs (but in name only, the contents remain the same!) and wanted to give you all a heads-up!

Our acronyms, while adorable, might have been hard to shorten for you all so we've made them stand out on their own!

Welp, that's all, just some small changes to get our house in order. Oh ya, we're now out on Nintendo Switch! I suppose that's a big deal!
