Today we have a rundown of our Snakiest rancher, Hopalong. It's time to dream big, wake up and realize this world is like putting socks on a rooster.
Bio:
The Young Vansak "Hopalong" Largo grew up dreaming of becoming a real rancher on the frontier, but for young aliens like Hopalong this was not actually possible.
Years of mistreatment led him to eventually escape the work camp he was assigned to, and Hopalong hopped along to the Calamity sector to disappear.
Hopalong still believes he can be a great rancher if he can just find some peaceful land. But the world doesn't work like that...
Weapon: Lasso
Damage: Medium
Range: Short
Rate of Fire: Medium
Ammo Capacity: Unlimited
Special Notes: The longer you hold someone in your lasso, the more damage you'll deal. The enemy caught can't move until they are released or dead!
Hopalong's lasso allows you to face powerful enemies without any problem, as long as they are alone.
Attacking an enemy makes you vulnerable to those who are close enough to shoot you!
However, as a snake, you don't run to your enemies; you slither, making you faster and more difficult to hit!
Stunt: Whip crack
Whip crack stuns all enemies on the map for a few seconds, giving you some time to finish the most dangerous enemies.
The main flaw of Hopalong is that it's really difficult to kill enemies when they are grouped together! Whip crack is perfect in these scenarios because it allows you to kill them one by one without taking any risks!
In Conclusion
Hopalong is the perfect pick to strangle powerful and isolated enemies, but will struggle against grouped enemies. The best strategy is to pair him with someone good at taking on multiple enemies at once!
