🌟 Balance Update Preview🌟

Greetings Warlander!

The following balance changes will be rolled out in the near future.

To make more strategies viable, keep gate durability and rebuild thresholds have been adjusted.
- Durability: 1400 ⇒ 900
- Rebuild Threshold: 1000 ⇒ 1500

Based on how often the Seraphim and Artificer ★5 Cleric titles see use, the following changes have been made to their Ultimates:
- Sanctuary (Seraphim)
  - Reduced the animation lock after casting to make the skill feel better and adjusted its cooldown, duration, and healing values.
    - Cooldown (s): 90 ⇒ 60
    - Duration (s): 15 ⇒ 10
    - Healing: 20 ⇒ 30
- Turret Wall (Artificer)
  - Made the skill less effective at range by reducing the range of its turrets.
    - Range (m): 50 ⇒ 40
