To reduce the valor point disparity between classes, the following changes will go into effect at 9:00 am UTC today.

・Help capture a tower: 50 -> 100 valor
・Burn a siege weapon: 20 -> 5 valor
・Guard action: Valor at 50 instead of 100 dmg blocked
