IEH2 is participating in its first-ever offline event!

Hello! Thank you for always supporting IEH2 and Hapiwaku.
Today, I have two exciting announcements to share with you!

[h2]Our Discord community has surpassed 10,000 members! 🎉[/h2]
Our Discord server started in 2020 when the alpha version of IEH1 was first made public on Unityroom. When we fully released IEH2 on January 2, 2025, we had 7,500 members. In just one month, we’ve welcomed 2,500 new members, reaching this incredible milestone today! Thank you all so much! 😄

[h2]Hapiwaku is participating in its first-ever offline event! 🎉[/h2]
IEH2 will be featured in a hands-on exhibition at "404 Not Found SHIBUYA" in Tokyo!
Located on the 4th floor of Shibuya Sakura Stage, directly connected to Shibuya Station (one of the busiest hubs in Tokyo), the 404 Game Center exhibition will run from February 1 to February 28!



Since it’s a hands-on demo, the exhibit is mainly for newcomers who haven’t played IEH2 yet. However, as this is our first-ever offline event, if you’re in the Shibuya area, feel free to drop by and check it out!
I know many of you live outside Japan, but if you happen to be visiting in February, I’d love for you to stop by! 😄

IEH2 [ver. 2.2.2.1] Improved Game Performance A Lot!

We were able to further optimize the game! Our measurements show that the CPU usage while running the game has been reduced by up to 30%! This improvement allows for a smoother and more comfortable gaming experience!
[h3]Tips for Further Optimizing Game Performance[/h3]
  • Enable the most lightweight setting by using Settings > [Background Mode]. This is highly recommended for extended idle periods.
  • Use [Performance Mode] by pressing Shift + P, which hides the battle screen.
  • Reduce graphical load during attacks by toggling [Disable Attack Effects] and [Disable Particles] under Settings > Options. (We recommend enabling attack effects when trying a challenge boss for the first time. Observe the boss's attack patterns and dodge using the arrow keys or WASD keys!)

[h3]Super Dungeon Improvement[/h3]
  • The top left multi now applies to Super Dungeon Powerup purchase
  • Added [x1] toggle for SD Powerup purchase (default ON)
  • Expanded the level cap of SD Automations [Auto Buy Powerups] from 5 to 10.
  • (We are planning to add a way to get more topaz in the future update!)*
  • Added "Available Global Skill Slot" in SD > Hero Details tab

[h3]Equipment Tab Improvement[/h3]
  • Added Equipment Inventory page 10
  • Added Enchant Inventory page 6-7
  • Added Utility Inventory page 6-7
  • To prevent accidentally depleting Anvils, the [Apply All] function for Anvils is now disabled unless you have purchased the Epic Store item [Smart Use of Anvils].

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • A bug where Utility item effects did not function correctly immediately after entering or exiting a Super Dungeon.
  • SD Automations [Auto Buy Powerups] bought powerups more times than you set in the first safe zone unintentionally.
  • Unacquired Blessings could unintentionally be retained upon starting the game.
  • Other minor bugs/typos

[h3]Language Improvement[/h3]
  • Improved Korean texts thanks to kkami! Previously, the texts were machine-translated, but the native speaker kkami volunteered to improve them!
  • Added the name
  • kkami* in Settings > Credit page

IEH2 [ver. 2.2.1.5] Hotifx

Fixed: Unicorn Dungeon 3 and 4 had Infinite EXP reward unintentionally


We sincerely apologize for the repeated inconvenience. In the previous patch, we discovered a game-breaking bug that allowed players to obtain infinite Hero EXP as a reward from the Unicorn Dungeon 3 and 4. This issue has been fixed in the current patch. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and kindly request that you update to the latest patch at your earliest convenience.

Currently, we are focusing on significantly improving game performance! As we are conducting extensive refactoring of the code, we plan to hold a beta test in our Discord server this week to ensure there are no critical bugs like the one encountered in the previous patch. IEH2 [ver. 2.2.1.4] Hotfix

Fixed: Hero EXP, Hero Fame and Pet EXP requirement was wrong in the [ver. 2.2.1.3].

We sincerely apologize. In the previous patch [ver. 2.2.1.3], while rewriting some code to improve performance, the EXP calculation formula was mistakenly altered. Please update to the latest hotfix patch as soon as possible to resolve this issue.Thank you for your understanding :)

IEH2 [ver. 2.2.1.3] Improved Game Performance!

Balanced: Removed the Skill Hit Count cap from SD Powerup [Skill Hit Count] (There was 500 Hit Count cap)
Changed: SD Powerup Effect/Permanent Effect in the tooltip now shows the current amount with yellow texts while the SD Modifiers are decreasing them.
Fixed: SD Gem [Hackmanite] Lv 301+ [Turquoise] Lv 101+ didn't work properly
Fixed: Other minor bugs/typos

Thanks to Kazuya, one of IEH2 top players and a member of our development team assisting with game coding, we were able to significantly improve game performance with this patch! This optimization has made the game run more smoothly and has greatly increased the possibility of achieving Nitro Speed 10x or more in the future! 😄
