Hello everyone who plays The Matchless Kungfu! It has been two days since the early access version of the game was released. Thank you very much to all the players who have purchased our early access version!
Within two days of its release, we have released three fix patches to fix some major and urgent bugs in the game. Of course, as a game world with a high degree of freedom and NPCs controlled by AI, the fight against bugs will be a protracted battle. This weekend we will still focus on optimizing some unreasonable parts of the game, and in the first half of next week, we will share with you the future content update plan of The Matchless Kungfu.
Back to the topic, once again we are very grateful to so many players and friends who like our world, and also to those users who gave us their main opinions and feedback in the evaluation. This is why we want to launch an early access version, so that we can more quickly and directly discover the core problems of the current version and clarify the future direction. Today we will respond to the current main negative reviews and provide plans, hoping to solve the current difficulties players are encountering as soon as possible.
Main negative review contents:
[h3]1.The AI logic of the current version is confusing, and the senior sister adventure line is very broken! The AI feedback of the whole school is also very strange![/h3]
In the EA version, we have added a lot of new AI behavior judgment criteria, but we have not clearly sorted out the priority relationship between them. In the current version, the AI's behavior judgment logic for players and other NPCs is mainly based on relationship + Identity + position + reputation are judged separately. There is no clear priority relationship between them, and positive attitudes and negative attitudes themselves will exist at the same time, which leads to situations such as loving you sometimes and killing you sometimes.
In order to correct this unreasonable phenomenon, we plan to merge the three attitudes currently in the game into one total attitude. The four judgment criteria mentioned above will still be used for judgment, but they will all be integrated into the total attitude value between each other. You can also click on the overall attitude to see the sources of attitudes in various branches, and the final behavior of the AI will be mainly determined by the overall attitude, and will be assisted by other factors such as positions.
The modified result of Sect Sister Sending Flowers (changed in yesterday’s update):
The triggering conditions for Sect sister's adventure have been increased, the conditions for senior sister to become a couple have been improved, and the negative feedback from the adventure line has been reduced to a minimum. At the same time, there is a bug fix for wrong action
There is a serious design error in the AI rules of the sect. Players fighting anyone in the sect will cause a negative attitude in the entire sect. This will be fixed soon.
As our highest priority tuning part at present, the overall AI and adventure module adjustments are planned to be fixed in the near future. We will do our best to let everyone experience the new version of AI as soon as possible, and we hope that everyone can continue to give us feedback.

At present, we have not determined the specific reason. We currently do not have the corresponding test hardware, and will make a repurchase in the near future. You can also provide the configuration of your card machine, and we will optimize it after creating the corresponding test environment. Regarding the issue of lagging and freezing, I hope you can fill in the host configuration and archive files more clearly in our bug feedback form and describe the specific situation, so that we can have more information for troubleshooting. We will add the function of using keyboard keys to control the perspective in the custom keys. Players can bind the keys they want to use and modify them at will. Plan to update within a week.

(1) At present, basically all save file problems are data errors caused by power disconnection or program crash during the archiving process. For this, we plan to add multiple save slots and S&L function to ensure that the archive data appears in a certain In the event of an error, an alternate archive continuation area in another location can be used to prevent the problem from happening.
(2) Cloud saving function: Originally, when we launched the game, we were worried that network conditions would lead to cloud saving storage errors and file lost, so we decided not to support it for the time being. But this decision did cause inconvenience to players who needed to change locations and computers to play. So we decided to test and open the cloud save function as soon as possible.
We plan to revise and test it for a week and then update it.
[h3]5. The problem of characters creation: their faces look ugly[/h3]
The character creation function will definitely improve in the future, but it is currently a low priority. We still prefer to polish the core gameplay before considering appearance-related improvements. When we get enough funding, we should be able to buy a better face creation template~
[h3]6. Problems with modifications and cheating devices[/h3]
First of all, let us state that we have not taken any measures to prevent users from cheating or modifying. However, due to the modification of the save file construction design, the modification path of the demo version is no longer applicable to the current version. This may be the main reason why some player feels that we do not allow modifications.
[h3]7. Window mode problem and blur under 4k resolution[/h3]
Some players have reported that in 4k or 2k mode, the graphic looks blurry, and after switching to window mode, the window is even larger than the screen range and cannot be modified. In this regard, you can try to adjust the change text or application size in Windows display settings (modify to 100%, 4k default is 150%).
