-added automatic respawn for player: If the player gets destroyed by the game (e.g.falls outside of the map) it is automatically respawned at the start spawn location
-fixed locomotive UI: sliders are now set to the correct position when entering a loco
-regulator will be set to 0% and brakes to 100% upon exiting the vehicle
-player camera will automatically switch to first person after exiting a vehicle
