FIRST MAJOR PATCH - WYLDE JOINS THE FIGHT!



Our first content update is here! Ranked Mode, a new hero, and more launches into the Fangs Early Access on December 14.

WHAT’S NEW
  • Wylde Joins the Fight: Plan carefully—some skillshots use ammo. Combo different abilities to trigger unique passive effects with Wylde’s destructive and versatile kit.
  • Overall Improvements: Expect incremental patches in the game to address bugs, game feel, performance, and more. This is an ongoing effort and the highest priority for the team. Stay tuned to live updates in our Discord server and check our latest hotfixes here.
  • New Skins: Customize your favorite heroes with new additions to the in-game store.
  • Holiday-themed Stickers: We are adding new options for interacting with players during matches with limited holiday-themed Stickers. Watch the reel here.

[h2]NEW FEATURES![/h2]
  • Mute: Type /mute USERNAME to mute a player. /muteall to mute everyybody in game. /unmute USERNAME to unmute a player
  • Surrender: If a player disconnects in your game, you now have the ability to surrender. You can find the Surrender button in TAB (only shows up if you have a disconnect on your team).
    NOTE: There is a bug where if you surrender there's a sound that persists forever. You'll need to restart your client for that

RANKED 1.0 & LEADERBOARDS

You’ve been waiting for this—Ranked arrives in this content update:
  • Accessing the Ranked mode requires players to have won 20 games (Casual). Players will receive a notification that says “Ranked is now unlocked” once meeting this requirement.
  • Players will get 20 seconds to select their Heroes. If your choice was taken, it will default to BLANK. If you do not select a Hero then, you will be assigned a random pick.
  • Leaderboards will be displayed based on the players’ REGION (selected in Settings.) We plan to launch Global Leaderboards soon (release date TBD.)
  • Please note that the Ranked 1.0 system is very early in its development—expect several improvements and additions throughout Early Access and beyond.
➤ Ranked Schedule: To ensure healthy queue times and the opportunity to fine-tune this feature, Ranked 1.0 will only be available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 8 PM (PST.)

Exception: Ranked will also be enabled on 12/14, from 10 AM to 8 PM (PST) to celebrate the launch of our first content update.

Another small hotfix tonight at 2:00 AM ET. Estimated downtime: 15 minutes

- Made it easier to add friends; now you can click your Profile to copy and paste your Username#ID in the Friends Panel
- Fixed a bug where Realm Gold numbers overlapped and didn't look great

Patch 1.1.6

Small hotfix tonight. Tonight's Hotfix will be at 1:30 AM ET. Estimated downtime: 15 minutes.

- Fixed a bug where Ishir Blinding Powder Augment was reducing his Space by 6 seconds instead of the correct 3 seconds
- Fixed a bug where some players who purchased a Founder's Pack on Epic didn't get the content (please reach out to customer support and THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING US!!)
- Fixed a bug where some players stay visually mounted
- Fixed a bug where some players didn't see Heros in Hero Select (3rd fix is the charm right?)

Patch 1.1.5

Hotfix again! Tonight's will be at 1:00 AM ET. Estimated downtime: 15 minutes. It will include EVERYTHING in the previous attempted Hotfix and also...

-Fixed a bug where F1 was showing previous Hero's abilities. Please note pressing F1 in Hero Select might lag a bit. Sorry!
- Fixed a bug where if you are a new player's didn't have banners in parties
- Cut down on the wall of text for Artifact Augments to make it easier/simpler to read through
- Added KICK functionality to CUSTOM lobbies so certain streamers don't have their in-houses interrupted (we're working on passwords still)
- Fixed a bug where Rejuvenate wasn't healing ally's if your maximum HP was lower than your ally
- Added slider to help players adjust video settings for better performance
- Changed all announcers to Neil deGrasse Tyson (only kidding, it's our esteemed Akinola )

- Rowan: Heal Sprite | 3x -> 2x HP Regeneration
- Ethryn: Matriarch's Halo | 15% -> 12% Missing HP Heal
- Tuft: Volatile Treasure | 80 -> 60 Damage
- Fiorne: Dreadborn Artifact | 20% -> 15% missing HP bonus damage
- Rose: Homing Belt | 5 -> 3s duration of returning Swords
- Brutus: Blood Helm | 40% -> 30% bonus Range
- Beastbless | 10 -> 3s of effect persisting after standing in it
- Crownstaker | 15% -> 12.5% bonus damage per Captain slain
- Foehammer | 10% -> 7.5% bonus damage per enemy in Aspect
- Warplate | 10 -> 7.5 bonus Armor per enemy in Aspect
- Courage | 4/8% -> 3/6% max HP bonus damage

BUGS FIXED | FEATURES ADDED
- Players can now roam around the map after they LOCK IN. 3 seconds before the Round Starts, players will reset to the spawn. Unfortunately right now while you can use abilities, they won't do any damage to opponents during this LOCK IN phase
- Added a QUIT button to "Servers Not Up" screen
- Added a Refresh button in CUSTOM lobby search
- Increased font of Damage/Heal Numbers in Combat
- Fixed a bug where you would type /ALL but it would send to /TEAM (and vice verca)
- Optimized the client to be more responsive so there's less lag between switching sections
- Fixed a bug where Heros wouldn't show up in Hero Select for some players (hopefully this one stays fixed)
- Optimized some SFX for better Hit Registration clarity

We also buffed Somnia:

Small nudges to her base kit. Long term needs some augment love

Ultimate:
Tick damage increased from 120 -> 150. Increases damage per tick from 4 -> 5
Slow increased from 27.5% -> 30%
Shift:
Pool damage increased from 40 per second (10 per tick) to 50 per second (12 per tick)
